I've just started meditating and I read books learning knowledge about the world and society also sacred geometry and our history I was meditating for 30 minutes and all of a sudden I felt a outer body experience I was in my house walking around and everywhere I look I see a murkaba I walked out to my garden and as I walk out I go through a murkaba on the floor I'm falling for about 5min and I fell into a different timeline it looked like I was in ancient Egypt during Akhenaten was King everything was so different
it was so hot I walked around not knowing there was something following me as I walked into a farm there was loads of people looking and stopped farming and as soon as I turned my head there was a Egyptian spirit facing me telling me "it's not safe to be here there Is powerful entities around"
I asked why am I here and why all of a sudden I fell through the ground he said "someone projected me to the past to speak to me about who I am and said come back when your ready this is a bad time"
And he clicked his fingers and I went through a void or a wormhole and ended up back in my body I felt sick and had a headache I vomited 2 and I felt better
Can I ask when you meditate can you time travel go through dimensions also do the impossible this is my experience

I guess this is the best place to ask. Does anyone else ever get flashes of memories that don't belong to you?
Occasionally I'll get perhaps a snippet of a conversation, or a view of a landscape, and I think "wait, when was that?" and I realise it's never happened. So it must be a dream. Then I think no, I've definitely never dreamt that either.
Is this is known phenomenon? Does anyone understand?

I've had an experience like this happen to me. When I was younger (about 14 or 15) I remember being angry at my dad. I remember being angry because we had been walking alongside a river, and he found a metal baseball bat and a couple of baseballs on the ground. He picked up the bat, threw a baseball in the air and hit it across the water. At that time, a group of people that were walking on the other side of the river started cheering.
I told my dad "I wanna try!" But he looked at me straight in the eyes and said "No." and threw the bat and the rest of the baseballs into the water.
I remember everything with extremely vivid details, including the ride home, how I felt, how I decided to stop talking to him because I was angry, how I was still angry when I fell asleep. This is how I know it's not a dream. But the next day, when I woke up still feeling angry at him, I remembered that none of that had happened. That the previous day we were somewhere else (not at the river). I was aware that it didn't happen, but I was also aware that it wasn't a dream. It's just... a memory that I have that isn't mine.

Greetings /x/. There's something weird going on in my house. Last night I had a sleep recorder app on my phone and it picked up a strange noise. What do you think it sounds like? I found it absolutely bone-chilling. Could it have been a wild animal perhaps? Just to clear things up, I do live home alone. I was shocked to hear this when I listened to it the following morning.
