Sup /x/, here's a true story of what has happened to me. No bs, no embellishments, and definitely no fucking roleplay. It might be long but I feel it's worth the read.
A little pre-text: I am poor and share a room with my brother. When I face fear I work in spite of it, I will intentionally enter a dark room where I heard a noise come out of just to prove to myself that there's nothing there, even if I shit myself in the process. That's how I deal with fear. My biggest fears are things that just don't make sense/are simply impossible.

>tired af and i only get a couple of hours to sleep since i have to go back to work first shift from 09:00
>fall asleep and start dreaming
>i dream about how my friend got an inheritance and bought a house all to himself

>he says its not all great because the house is haunted
>i make fun of him for being a pussy beta bitch
>he dares me to sleep over
>we're that kind of friends where i take any chance i can to make fun of him so naturally i accept
>it's broad daylight and I'm having a tour of the house
>i check for corners and places that will look suspicious in the dark
>years of watching horror movies and lurking /x/ trained me well
>the bedroom is on the second floor, it has a queen size bed and is connected to a smaller kid bedroom
>everything is furnished so the previous owners left photos everywhere
>friend tells me not to go in there, because "she doesn't like it"
>i gladly call him a bitch once more and enter the room
>it belonged to a female child, dolls left lying around
>it starts to go dark so we lay down in the queen bed like a couple of faggots

>the more i look, the more i illuminate with my phone, the more details of a little girl i see

I often have nightmares, but I love them. I get the adrenaline and the experience, and usually when I wake up I will realize it was a dream, think to myself how awesome it was and go back to sleep.
But not this time. I yanked myself out of sleep, shaking and sweating while heavy breathing. I do realize I was dreaming, but it's different now because I cant face my fears like I used to, because in the dream it didn't bring me good fortune.
It seems stupid to say it, but it was just different. I began seeing things in the dark and I couldn't dare to look or shed light on it. I was so scared it would be her again.

I live in an apartment building on the 4th floor. There is nothing above us except a small room that was used for drying laundry above the ceiling of my room and the kitchen. Eastern Europeans have these and I don't know why. We mostly used the room for storage, but now there's just an old architect table up there and some chairs.

Do demons adjust for daylight savings time? Amerifag here. As usual I'm ignorant to the rest of the world but here we have time change. It's currently 3:30am which would be 2:30am without change. What 'time' it is is an arbitrary designation that humans have come up with. If spooky shit happens at 3 o' clock, its not happening BECAUSE it's 3 o' clock, it's happening at a time that we have decided as a group to label 3 o' clock. If demons are more active at a specific time of night, I doubt they give a shit what label we put on that time.

Anyone old members of Boy Scouts? If so do you remember the campfire story "The ghost of Gaye Grisby?" I really liked the story but now as time has gone by just can't recall it. It was very popular and told by the scoutmasters of all the troops on whatever outing we went on. Now a days with boyscouts are soft, they even let girls join... (venture crew) so I doubt they still tell the story. But, if you can recall it was the one where we would all be sitting listening to the scoutmaster, and then we would hear a howling sound from out in the woods that would sound to man-like to be an animal, but too animal-like to be a man. It was the sound of something in great pain. Now if you remember this would send shivers down everyone's spine, and all the scouts would group together into one unit but make themselves look big as to prepare for a wild animal attack. By this time the fire would be embers, not very bright and the scoutmasters would have to shine their flashlights out on the trees which was very frighting, the dark would play tricks on your eyes and you can almost make out faces or figures in the brush. Then suddenly the same shriek would beckon except this time only a couple yards away from camp! One Scout master would stay behind while the other scoutmasters would select a boy and wander off alone in different directions to find the source of the noise. This was the "Hunt for Gaye Grisby." and the boy and his scoutmaster would go about in the bush all night looking for clues. The whole story/skit was a coming of age, becoming a man thing, I love the skit, and you really have to appreciate the effort put-fourth into the campfire skits of Boy Scouts of America. Really though I just wish I can remember the story, the story was good, so good that it sends chills down my spine thinking about, If only I could just remember.

so there is this small town in the sicily island of italy where a bunch of my friends live. one of my friends lives with his wife about 200m from the town's cemetary. the cemetary is set quite apart from the town and the side road the goes all along the cemetery is the only way to access the town and has no street lighting. my friend and his wife built a beautiful modernist bahausy house with their own hands and live in it. they look very happy etc. now there is another parcel of land right next to him with a reasonable size shed [walls of stone] with an asbestos roof [that has to be cleared of course] , but quite cheap just 1000 euros. i am a single computer artist and thought i will build my own compact studio on this land. but i am scared of ghosts. he says that the land is cheap bcos sicilians are superstitious and no one would buy the place close to the cemetery. the cemetary itself has walls about 12 ft high to keep the ghosts out :) anyhow i am nervous about ghosts and what if im sleeping one late night and i hear a knock on the door and someone crying for something.
any suggestions. should i go ahead or not?

The Occultic Compass. Normally it is shown holographically on a three dimensional axis. This is a quick sketch which leaves out the z axis.
