I'm shaken to the core and I can't move until I shake myself out of it. I can feel his smugness, it's like an aura through my whole house. I took two steps back and sat on my couch, I didn't know what to, all I could think to do was say "you're not welcome here stop fucking with me"

But I feel this smug aura shift into frustration/disappointment and then nothing

The feeling is gone but I'm still afraid, I sat on the couch trying to process it until my dad and brother came home and I had to act like I didnt just see a shadow person.

I've only seen him once since then and it was a similar situation. I was visiting my mom out of state. Everyone had gone to bed and I was on the couch playing video games; the only lights on are the lamp next to me and the tv. Out of the corner of my eye I saw him peeking around the corner again, when I turned he was gone. I said out loud, "I'm over this leave me alone"

I was frustrated, I could feel him become sad and then nothing again. The next day when my mom and I were driving to the store to get stuff for dinner I talked to her about everything and she believed me 100% and said she had seen shadow people too and my grandpa had seen one once as well.

I haven't seen him since then and I'm okay with that. I don't know what he wanted with me and I've always been curious. But never enough to even think of inviting it back into my life.

Have any of you had experiences with shadow people?

By higher self I refer to the part of the soul that resides in the four higher chakras (heart, throat, third eye, crown). As I'm drawn to do more spiritual work, these energy centers begin to interface more and more with the lower three chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus).

The lowest two have to do with the preservation of the animal body and the solar plexus is the seat of the ego. A person who is spiritually deficient will have underperforming or blocked higher chakras or they may not have these centers at all (this has been referred to by Mourkief as a pre-adamic soul and by Jung as a common soul). An overly spiritual person may have underperforming lower chakras.

By channeling my higher self I mean allowing these higher energy centers to take influence over the lower. One can operate in a purely mechanical sense in the lower, but in the higher chakras one has access to feelings of divine bliss and access to communications with beings of an ethereal nature and god-consciousness.

How can I channel my chakras? I practice a lot but when I m about to get out of the body something is pulling me back in.

Currently practice meditation and Qigong every day, if that counts.
