Paintings, stories, stuff like the Siberian Hell Sounds, etc.?
Was raised believing in this place. Homeschooled in the woods and I used to have fucking nightmares and pray the prayer of salvation every night just as insurance. Knew it had to be heartfelt, but I was never sure if I was heartfelt enough. Psychological torture, man.

The prospect of eternal damnation and torture is so fucking far removed from the tenets of the entire book that I have always suspected it to be a giant lie.

I've always been interested in my dreams & what they tell me (when they're not just overtly sexual, because that's pretty self-explanatory) & I've wondered how much contact can be made with the people of my dreams. How much truth is there in Lovecraft's ravings? How much can you interact with Dream People? Does mastery of Lucidity just mean that I can organize my thoughts personally like that Library in Dreamcatcher?
If anything, all I recall is one of the Dream People telling me something very important, which I've naturally forgotten, but implied that chalk was very important. He was standing next to a chalkboard & holding the chalk, making it VERY clear that I at least need to remember the chalk, like it was the key to remembering, the key to understanding...

You can do anything in your dreams.

You have to take everything with a grain of salt.
However, there is a dream type state in where you can see future events, but its always coded, I can give you examples if you like.

In my opinion and through my experiences, I have found that the reason for limits in different states of consciousness/dreams and waking life are simply to keep you from seeing that everything is the same thing playing that its not.
That's not to say that different levels of consciousness and states of mind don't have duality, its just saying that the duality isn't really there.

Reading in dreams is very common for me so is having conversations with other "entities", for me it always ends with a realization that they are me, and I am them.
Now you can pretend something means something, or perhaps it does! But to what degree. Perhaps I'm not the person to be responding because I will always give you the bottom line.
I'm not one to pretend. In saying that don't take everything I say as gospel. My experiences may be different to your's, I don't know

Hey.
I've been noticing people lately they respond base on what i am feeling, Let me explain in a bit of more details and example.
I one time felt depressed and lonely and unloved with deep feeling of misery, I went to my local Denny's to feed the pain away, as i walk-in i met my server who was hitting on me the moment she laid her eyes on me.She would talk to me biting her lips and when i checked out she asked to meet her in the back.
I didn't, I keep noticing patterns of people being controlled by some sort of organism that will do something to comfort you when you're in despair and misery and depressed.
It happened to me again Yesterday i went to a restaurant and my server kept asking me if i was ok, i didn't show anyone around me any emotion or anything at all but she insisted to ask me if i was ok over 7 times in less then an hour, she was also hitting on me.
I lost all hopes at making money and moving on with life and somehow somebody comes in my life and try to help me out...
I'm deeply depressed, lonely, forgotten, and have no hopes for myself or others.
And yet it seems like people i don't know keep trying to comfort me and they don't know me....
Who are these people? sometimes i feel like their aliens or something how do they know???

Have you ever gone looking for the supernatural and actually seen, heard, felt etcetera proof of it? Have you carried out The Three Kings Ritual and seen shadows dancing in the corner of your vision? Have you heard whispers from people you couldn't see when investigating supposedly haunted buildings? Have you ever been visited by shadow people during an episode of sleep paralysis?
Is there any concrete way for me to experience what you've experienced concerning the supernatural? I want to believe.

Shadow people during sleep paralysis, voices that don't have an owner, plates flying out of cupboards for no reason, a librarian taught me chi manipulation when I was in highschool and I definitely felt something when I did the exercises.
Also shadow people in my lucid dreams, that one genuinely spooked me, other stuff I could sorta deal with, except the sleep paralysis, hated that.
Personally I'm a bit of a nihilist and sort of "believe" in the scientific methods, but I'm also into Hermetical Alchemy and I'm pretty sure human understanding of science is limited so while I may be skeptical I do tend to have an open mind and like to try out supernatural stuff. Unless it involves looking into a mirror in the dark, something is fucking wrong with that and I'm willing to believe there's something entirely eldritch and wrong with mirrors.

How were you kicked out?
The templars were secret gnostics. I dont know if they were founded as that or something they discovered in or near the ruins of Solomon's temple or people there. I suspect it went gnostic when they took up the name of templar, but whether it began that way with the small bands of knights I dont know.
When discovered it was suppressed. They were involved in banking, but I think this is overplayed by people trying to mislead into tying it into Jewish money conspirscy theories. I think the same for the protocols, some truths, mixed with lies, to get people looking at Jews.
When they were disbanded some went to Scotland, and influenced the Freemasons.
Yes they were heretics, but its for you to decide who is right.
The true origin of freemasond as organized was an early professional labor like union, to reduce oppression. It later took on mystical significance with templar influence and make the society today. The templars were monks, and knights, they took vows of poverty and didnt use their wealth. The banking system was a rival to the nobles dominance thru hereditary farm land. Historic freemasonry was involved in the French and American revolutions overthrowing dynastic wealth. Modern freemasonry is a corrupted networking club supporting the elite. This is how the templars really died. Killing them had them survive in freemasonry, the real solution was to corrupt them from within.
The Cathars were gnostic. Uniquely in Cathar lands inheritance was split up amongst children, rather then to the oldest male. This worked to slowly destroy dynastic wealth.
Although the Catholic church today is largely a cub, not a lion. A place where ascetics can still join monk orders, a place of charity. Unlike thr templars bastard child freemasonry.
Legend has it a test as you got near the top of the knights templars was they asked you to vow secrecy for what they did next. After that they told you to spit on a cross and said they werent Christian.

Abrahamic religions teach that he's God's adversary, an evil, age old entity at the cusp of godhood that delights himself on the pain, suffering and corruption of humanity. Adherents to Christianity, Islam, Judaism etcetera are left to assume that he's either evil just for the fuck of it or that he does what he does out of spite for God due to jealousy, but wouldn't an almost all knowing and all powerful entity be above such pettiness? I doubt that anyone or anything with the power to do almost anything would take pleasure from hurting people or their souls for all eternity. A lot of people used to fuck with ants by roasting them with magnifying glasses or by trampling over their hills as children, but eventually everyone grows out of that immature phase so why wouldn't Lucifer? Furthermore why would Satan even take pleasure in being a cunt to begin with if he's so much more powerful and intelligent than mere mortals? His characterization in religious scripture seems very unbefitting for a deity of his stature.
What I'm trying to ask is if The Devil gets a fair rep in The Bible, Qur'an, Torah etcetera. After all humanity has only heard "God's side of the story" if that makes sense. Could it be that he had at least a halfway decent reason for leading his rebellion against God or for doing the things that he does? Is he akin to the leader of a cosmic terrorist organization that does terrible things for what it deems a noble cause?
What do you guys think?

I'm trying to find a translated copy of The Great Book of Knowledge (in arabic كتاب المعارف الكبرى).
It's about djinns, black magic, summonings and is forbidden in almost all islamic countries. Would be nice to find a copy in english, I know here there are some knowledgable people between all the roleplayers. Thank you.

Hello.
Not sure if this the right place to post this, but I've been noticing that in some days people will speak about a certain subject or act in certain way.
To be honest I don't know if it's just a coincidence, or maybe I'm seeing patterns that I've imagined, and I try to confirm them.
For example, the past couple of days I saw a lot of people talk about the dreams their having. Most of these people don't speak about their dreams at all, then suddenly they all do. Not only that, I also noticed that those dreams are about their anxiety. Stuff like being humiliated, getting killed, or killing a loved one by accident, stuff like that.
What's going on here? And anyone noticed this? Like I said, it could very be that it's just me noticing patterns in clouds, and I'm trying to stay very skeptical, and rational. But I don't know I just keeping seeing it.

Anyone have any firsthand experience with Jerusalem syndrome?
My cousin visited Israel and felt really sick while he was there for no apparent reason, not sure if before or after visiting Jerusalem, and has been feeling a bit off ever since, by his own account. But that's about it. Not sure if even related.
