I meditate using a knockoff of Transcendental Meditation as taught by natural-stress-relief.com. It's a mantra meditation.
Not infrequently when I meditate I will, for a period of time of ~10 seconds, get sucked in *really* deeply. My eyes involuntarily clench shut hard. Stops I'll stop breathing temporarily. And it feels like I sort of seize up. My mind is lucid during the experience.
What am I experiencing?

Hi /x/ i have a small dog in our house. (about 9 months old) and he always starts to bark in about 04:00, 04:30 every day. I hear growling and barking i check time, - 04:00. Today i was home alone with the dog. Dog sleeps usually in the hallway under the stairs. It was about 15:00 and he started and rumbling in to the wall and fleeing off it like it was scared or something. He was wakeing me up for over a month now at the same time (04:00) and im confused what the fuck could it be? + No neighbours i live in a house.

Basically this thing is about that when you die, malevolent ETs or entities which can appear as loved or close ones are trying to trick you into walking in the "light". These entities views the Earth as a big farm. The thing is that they can't force you to do so, but since most of us are so foolish and blind, they have a very easy job. We are being tricked into reincarnating here over and over again Outside that light trap could be your soul's way to be stored on, most likely a planet, and then recycled into another body here, on Earth. Also, we know that virtually everyone is aware that you "go to the Light when you die".

I had to restore my computer about a month ago and lost all my shit (obviously) including tor.
