Need some advice /x/ related.

I am a natural born shaman / psionic. I won't go into details of what I can do since they aren't relevant but I will say it's a useful ability with daily practical applications. Recently, I discovered I have hypertension which is extremely unusual for someone my age ( 27 ) and weight ( perfectly fit BMI-25 ). My Blood pressure readings have been 160/95 for what at first I thought was due to some "normal" condition.

Out of curiosity I tried charging psionic energy to my maximum while taking my blood pressure.

160/170. Yes you are reading that right, my diastolic at rest blood pressure became higher than systolic...which isn't actually supposed to be physically possible.

Well fuck me twice, I shouldn't even be alive.

I then decided to rest from any kind of psychic energy charging for a few days: 120/70 perfectly normal blood pressure for my stature.

I am now considering if it's time to call it quits and just live a normal life. I mean it can't be that bad I'm sure most of your reading this are "normal" in the kind of you-aren't-something-else sort of way and I'm sure some of you are reading this thinking "wtf". But really I am dead serious. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Is there a way around it or am I just screwed? It kind of sucks because I'm going to miss the security of always knowing I could instantly take someone out in an emergency/fight situation when need be. I've only had to do that once but when it happened I was grateful for it.
I am now considering whether it's time to just live life as a normal person.

So I used to go Urbexing with my sister about five years ago. I've since moved away from home for college and recently wanted to get back into it. I even found my old thumb-drive with images from my adventures. Dumping in this thread.

Also, I found some video files of a certain abandoned insane asylum. I would mention which one specifically, but the last time I shared it online, the police from that city managed to track me down and arrest me. Not joking. I only avoided incarceration because a family member of mine is literally a high-ranking police officer in a nearby area, and he managed to convince them I was just being a dumb teen. I'm willing to share some pictures and videos, as long as I don't mention where it is, I should be fine... right?

If not, I have plenty others.

I rarely post here but after having my second personal experience with this last night, I'm curious whether anyone else has seen something like it before.

It's a small black thing. Not sure if it's something I would describe as alive or not (creature, monster, demon are all shitty words to describe it). It moves, but both times I've seen it it looked like just a small black blob kind of thing, and the first time it seemed like it was thrown across the room more than flying on its own.

I'm not sure how to describe it so here are the stories.
First time:
>about 12 years ago
>in dorm room with friend
>talking about people, laughing at shit
>suddenly a black thing flies across the room at us
>I glimpsed it from the corner of my eye as it did
>about the size of an apple
>goes really fast over our heads
>lands somewhere in messy closet
>we hear clattering as it makes impact, so it's solid
>both just look at each other for a moment and bail
>don't really talk about it again

To me, it sounded like something plastic hitting the wall and floor when it ended up in the closet, like it was something not just solid but hard like dense plastic.

It didn't really look *like* anything. Just like a black blur as it went by. I could tell the size obviously but that's about it. Didn't notice a face/eyes/limbs anything like that.

After a few years quit thinking about it altogether.

Second time:
>last night
>in bed looking at laptop
>hear clattering sound on table across from me
>look up quickly
>table is within my line of sight so got a good look immediately
>a bottle on the table falls over onto table
>just as it falls, I see a small black thing also fall, but off the table onto the floor
>think "wtf was that" thinking something just fell
>can't recall anything black sitting on the table
>get up to go check it out
>look under table, right where it would have fallen
>nothing there
>nothing on floor anywhere
>wtf

I can't stop noticing this phenomenon as i would call it that happens pretty much every day now.. It's kind of hard to search it up because i don't know how to formulate it..

Call me nuts.. but here I go

OKAY, so..for example:

Today i was just chatting to a colleague about how stuff was in the past in my town and how the youth could do all kinds of things that we would get arrested for today. One of the things he mentioned was that doing burnouts with their cars was a normal thing back then and none would care, at least as much as today. I haven't ever seen a kid doing a burnout in my small town in the 20 years I've lived and grown up here. BUT... Today of all days there was this one kid in his BMW doing a burnout..Coincidence? I don't know..

Another example is:
The other day i was watching a documentary about Volcanoes.. pretty random? right, so thought I.. so it was interesting to know more about them and how they work.. yadayada.. Next day came and i'm just reading the news and there is an article about a BBC crew that was filming a volcano that suddenly erupted and peppered them with molten rock and debree. Coincidence? ..Maybe..

This is one of many different "unique" occurrences, events, happenings and so on that keep reappearing twice or more in one day. I could be anything really.. all the way down to a certain word, usually a new "special" word that i read somewhere and the same day i would hear that word either in a commercial or read it somewhere else in an unrelated article.

Sorry if you cant grasp what i am trying to convey here,, but its tricky to come up with good examples because for some reason these events, words and occurrences vanish out of my memory just like your dreams do 10 minutes after you wake up in the morning. My mind is about to flip out if this keeps happening... its kind of cool, but its so strange.. I was coming here hoping to figure out if anyone else has had similar experiences and if there is a name for this phenomenon?

This was when I was about 10 years old and it was night outside. My parents were fighting and I was in my bedroom crying a bit. I saw this small glowing white person about the size of a tissue box on my desk. It kinda looked like Hagrid or something- anyways it bowed and put his/her hands together like a nun or something and disappeared instantly. Has anyone else ever experienced this before?
