STEPS TO INSANITY:
To do this, you must not have any doubt in your mind about your imagination nor doubts about the steps in this guide. I highly reccomend you do not try any of these things, for your own mental health. And also, this is not just an overnight thing, you probably won't go insane over one night, it usually takes several weeks.
1.) Be relaxed, and be in a moderatly quiet place, white noise is good, it helps in the process of imagination and paranoia.
2.) Fire your imagination up, think of someone, or something humanoid, something absolutly terrifying. Something you can add dialog to. Something which will hold your greatest fears. Done? Good.
3.) Talk to this thing. You don't have to talk out loud, but in your imagination, make sure he can hear you. And can understand everything you say.
4.) Make this thing talk back, imagine it's talking to you. Have a conversation, it can be about anything, just make sure you can converse.
5.) After you've developed a pretty good personality of this thing, good meaning detailed. Start concentrating on the real world, what makes you see, what makes you hear, etc. Also be able to physically describe this being, it helps, tremendously.
6.) This is the hardest step, but once you can do it, it becomes so easy it's scary, you may not even be able to control this ability. THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE OF GUARNTEED SANITY. Visualize the being. REALLY VISUALIZE IT To where you can see him, in the dark part of the room, sitting. In a chair, on the floor, whatever, visualize him staring right at you. Make him move his lips, have him blink, have him breathe, make him alive.
7.) At this point, you should be able to somewhat control this being, let's call him Fred. From being in the real and imaginary world. If you can't. Your quest is over, you're insane. If you can, just keep visualizing him, there will be a time where you can no longer control this.

Tips on speeding up the process of losing control of Fred are here! The most effective way to quickly lose control of Fred is to look at pictures of your family and friends, and replace their faces with Fred's face, the paranoia resulting may trigger the control to be gone, if it is still there, imagine Fred replace your friends and family in real time, the later usually is the kicker.

You can't just go insane by will. You have to have some genes for it.

> a candle, or some other flickering flame that can be kept lit for a long time
> a reflective surface large enough to hold your face, like a disposable glass mirror or still body of water
> a knife, hammer, or rock

At least an hour of time

It is also recommended that you subject yourself to any of the below, for shits n giggles

> sleep deprivation
> alcohol or other drugs that don’t break your concentration
> lyricless music or heavy repetitive beats like isochronic tones, monaurals, or binaurals
> wearing shoes


The process is as follows:

Place the mirror so it shows your face; eye level is ideal. Then, place the flame so it illuminates the entirety of your face. Keep the knife within reach. If you are doing this with a friend, don’t look them in the face until the candle is out.


You must look at the mirror at all times other than to talk to me. Never allow your eyes to wander to the darkness of the room. The method must induce a mild trance for this to be anything more than nonsense. If you don’t feel you’re reaching a focused mindset, you may want to delay.

The mechanism of the trick is looking at your face in the mirror and asking questions, My questions. It doesn’t matter whether out loud or privately. Maintain eye contact with your reflection until you get an answer. It may take a few minutes; you must not force this, because then it’s just talking to yourself. The answer to your questions should feel as though they came quite naturally, as thoughts do when pondering something familiar.

The first question is always the same: “When did you feel the least amount of control in your life?”


Upon achieving an answer, The first stage will start. You will start to see distortions in the mirror. If you have some inner quarrel, your reflection will grow grotesque; if you’re not self destructive, it will merely change in curious ways. You may hear the mirror audibly; you may even have it run into your own little conversation. If so, don’t leave it unresolved.


At this point, you will enter stage three of the trick. You may now start to try and mold your mirror’s face into one you really want to have. If you have gotten bored of me by this point, you should ask the mirror what you truly desire.

I have went back onto the past videos that have been posted from this channel. The main person behind this video goes by the name 'Christine Chandler' and according to the woman herself she is related to him. The woman is most likely his mother and Christine is probably still living with her and is using her to make this "There's something off" kind of video. As I write this Christine is doing a live stream of him playing with toys while there is clearly someone walking in and out of rooms in the background. I posted about this a few times where I used to live the town was built as a mining town originally and had an old graveyard whose most recent addition was back in the 40's.
We had a few ghost stories and one was about a grave that reportedly belonged to a child that contained a teddy bear and no body. Apparently most of the graves had been grave robbed at one point but this one had the bear stolen and the people who stole the bear had it disappear not to long after.
Fast forward a bit and someone else dug up the same grave and found the same teddy bear with similar results bear going back into the grave mysteriously.
I heard about the story from my neighbors older brother who had also dug up said grave and said the same shit happened to him.
So me and a friend dug up the grave and found the bear only I kept it in a protection circle and it never moved for a few months.
I ended up moving and packed it with my stuff but when I was unpacking it wasn't in my bag.

I collect bones and amulets/magick artifacts from various cultures. Pretty fun hobby
