So X recently I have gotten into The Rune Poems and Eddas as well as Beowulf. It's important to realize that even though Beowulf was recorded by Anglo Saxons, the saga took place in Scandinavia. If you put what's in Beowulf together with what is in the Eddas it becomes clear what the giants(Jotun) mentioned in the eddas are.

The giants/jotun were another race of white europeans that were exterminated by the aesir, The jotun sometimes interpred with the other whites but the Jotun were closer to savage. They were the less civilized version. The giants were also berserkers. The viking berserkers were either part jotun or they were imitating the culture of the giants/jotun.

Its very important for every nordic person to read or listen to beowulf and study the eddas. A neglected aspect of nordic culture is the Irish mythology. The most important one to read is the cattle raid of cooley, sometimes called the tain. The main character Cu Chulainn is a Irish berserker warrior. The gods of the Irish: the dagda(an ancient king), lugh, the fianna... they were all the giants of norse mythology.

Ireland was a sanctuary for the jotun races who were persecuted in scandinavia. This is why Irish people are "the other nordic people". Those of us who are members of the nordic races we need to establish or own bible. A norse heathen bible but that incorporates the wisdom of both the nordic jotun/giant races as well as the nordic aesir races.

The norse heathen bible should include: Havamal, other stories from the eddas, beowulf, the cattle raid of cooley, and it should include collected proverbs and sayings of the nordic races.

Seeing as the nordic people are dwindling in the world I think its important that the jotun and the aesir make peace. If you are a nordic person it doesn't matter if you are a jotun or an aesir. We need to make peace among our kind in order to survive the race war against the nordic people.

>around 11pm we are still up making faces and laughing
>see something out the corner of my eye through the binoculars
>looks like a person going behind his house
>see his parents car arn't there incase i missed it getting back or something
>"dude i think someone is in your back yard"
>all the lights were out but i could make out his face dropping and panic
>hear glass break through his end of the walkie talkie
>he leaves his walkie talkie on as he goes to the tiny covered crawl space in his closet
>it has a little hole you pull open and its big enough for a kid to hide in (the little faggot used it in hide and seek and i could never find him)
>hear and see his door slam open and the light flash on
>see a man in all black throwing sheets and toy and shit all around the room
>see him open the closet and throwing clothes looking for my hiding friend
>hear my friends labored breathing on the walkie
>after about 1 minute or so the man starts yelling and screaming
>the parents start pulling into the driveway and the guy bolts it

About 2 weeks later a man was arrested trying to kidnap someone at the park down the street from our house
The guy mustve seen my friend and me and followed us home and waited for one of our parents to not be there one night

Tl;dr I need help to help a spirit move on to "the next place". so how do I?

I have attained a very high-vibrating, clear headed feeling, calm and friendly attachment/ ghost. Her name is Judy. Let me explain to you my situation. I'm 21 years old, a couple years ago someone very close to me commit suicide in front of me. I've had my struggles throughout the years, PTSD, drug use and recent suicide attempts. I am now sober, my PTSD and awful health conditions have lessened over time and the course of stabilizing myself off of drugs. I have been into the paranormal for a large portion of my life. Since I was a child I have seen those "black shadow people" and while I was detoxing, I was attacked in my sleep by a shadow person about a couple months ago. As numb as I feel, I am actually extremely energy sensitive.

Judy did not come into my life until I became sober. She comes to me using Ouija, she always spells out her name first off, then mine. She has told me her personal details, says we are blood related. She does not scare me at all. She has admitted that she is not a spirit guide of mine. She knows she is dead and stuck for the time being.

My problem is, last night, she told me she needs my help to cross-over. She is stuck and when I asked her how I can help all she told me was "B E A H A P P". So I asked, do you want me to be a happier person to help you? She replied yes. Paranormal people, I am not a happy person. I am very spiritually weak. But I know that I must change my ways to help Judy cross into her next place to exist.

HOW DO I DO THIS? What if she stays attached to me for the rest of my life? How do I talk a spirit through crossing over? I am needing help, articles to read, advice, a book I could buy. Any bouts of knowledge or wisdom you all could shed upon the situation.

I do not wish to "get rid" of her, just help her move on. All she wants is for me to be happy.

So what should I do?
What would YOU do in these situations?
