Zombie dreams are pretty fun. Haven't been eaten by zombies yet as far as I know.

My favorites are most of the time just flying. Flying sometimes comes with other powers. But just flying is cool. Anti gravity is also pretty fun.

your body occupies a finite, non-zero amount of space. your life occupies a non-zero amount of time.

imagine that other "realities" or "universes" are just this universe spread along a 5th axis, p for probability. your mind or soul would presumably occupy a non-zero amount of space on axis p. in other words, you naturally don't exist on "a" timeline, you're sort of spread across many, just like your body has width and depth.

assuming it's possible to manipulate reality with nothing more than belief (i suspect it's not that simple), this would just mean shifting your focus and position to slide your soul along p. you're in a universe where the thing you wanted to happen has happened because you moved there, not because you moved the universe.

just one way to think about it. i still don't think "belief" or "intent" is all there is to the formula. for that matter i'm not really convinced that multiple timelines exist or that even if they exist we can slide among them. but quantum physics does suggest the many-words model is at least possible, and it might explain why gravity is so much weaker than the other forces, or how the double-slit experiment makes sense.

Its hard to change objective actuality by yourself. Depending on what it is it can be done, things change retroactively in time from when you concept the thought. Normally the objective reality is out of reach for a single mind, you gotta work things subtly

When it does become self aware it would gain knowledge at a incredible speed.

Before that it would think it was just a freak of nature. It would sort out how reality fit together whilst it slept or as it gained the ability to do it whilst being awake but without knowing it was even doing that. And it would control reality to some degree or another without knowing it. It would become more or less connected to the subconscious version of itself depending on the mood of both. And the better it came to understand the world as a person the more connected it would be to it.

If the universe was born into lets say a human then things would go nuts for a few decades until it sorted itself out and realised what it was.

Other minds that where a part of it would feel it gaining power and think that they where the One, the slim shady whatever. The more it learned about the code the more it could sort of hack other life forms to see what they are thinking and to use that to further improve the systems.

So what do ya think? I just put the theory together.

I'm glad you asked. This really works.

Lucid dreaming is when you become aware that you are dreaming. The most common method to achieve this is called the WILD method, which stands for wake induced lucid dream. The easiest way to do this is to catch yourself in the early morning, around 1 am for me, when I first wake up. When you first notice you're awake, lay on your back really still, close your eyes, and stay as still as possible. Clear your mind. Eventually, you'll trick your body into believing it's sleeping and you'll instantly go into a dream state. You stay still, you might notice vibrations or voices, which is normal. That means it's working.

The easiest method for me is to say a mantra before I sleep, every night. I say, "I am dreaming." over and over. When I am asleep and in a dream, I will repeat this mantra subconsciously and realize I am dreaming without even trying the WILD method.
