How is this calculated?

There are different types of "odds" that can be referred to in gambling and betting, but in this instance you're talking about payout ratios, which are often referred to as "odds" even though they do not involve any actual calculation of probability or outcomes. The "odds" are set by the bookkeepers, they are not calculated from anything. They are essentially arbitrary, but bookkeepers base the payouts on how likely they think certain outcomes are.

Those numbers you see there, the percentages, represent the ratio of money that has been bet on either team. That's it, they are not indicative of who is more likely to win, only who is more favored to win by the people betting. There is nothing you can calculate from those percentages that will give you a payout ratio, because the payout ratio is determined by whoever is doing the bookkeeping.

Umineko. It's a visual novel. Never read it, but I feel like it's pretty popular, so give it a shot. Download it off Erogedownload or something.

It's a murder mystery (visual) novel. There's a grandpa with loads of money living on mansion on an island, the rest of the family goes there for a reunion, then a storm blocks off access to the island.

The first four arcs are four different mysteries, and the other four are 'answer' arcs.
There's a meta place with witches and stuff who talk about what's going on that gets introduced by the end of the first episode.

You can get the normal version with the old sprites pretty much everywhere.

There's also the tweaked version that uses PS3 sprites and voice acting that you can get from here: git hub.com/07th-mod/umineko-question
and the full PS3 port, which isn't done yet, but you can get it from here: umineko-project .org/en/

Password for the full PS3 port was 035646750436634546568555050, last time I checked.

I forgot to mention a couple of other things. It's the second part in a series called When They Cry. The first one is called Higurashi. The third one is going to made soon(?)
You don't have to read Higurashi to understand it, though. You'll only miss the origins of some of the witches and a couple references.

There's also the steam version that's available, It has the pachinko sprites (you can change them to the original if you want) and a different translation. You can buy it if you want to support the developer or something, but I would suggest playing one of the other versions instead.

There's a fighting game called Ougon Musou Kyoku, but obviously it's just for fun, and is not connected or anything.

Posting the original sprite with this post so you can compare. Some people say they're better at showing emotion, but I'd say to just go with whatever. I couldn't find the pachinko sprite of the character I'm posting, you can just google them. But most people agree the pachinko sprites are the worst.

the fx-6300 is a little heavy CPU for just browsing on internet. get a A10 (with integrated graphic card) and delete the GPU and upgrade to 8gb of RAM

I forgot, I have the same Motherboard and its great and has a very good integrated GPU but I think the GPU from the A10 will be cover the other one but still be fine

Yeah definitely go with an integrated gpu. I don't know why you would go with a 5900 rpm harddrive, either go with a budget ssd and sacrifice some storage for speed or just go the old dependable route with a 7200rpm hdd.
