You can play CS:GO on a fairly cheap machine, but the more FPS you have, the better.
The game uses 3 - 4 threads and is fairly low impact on the GPU.
So if you have the money, I'd buy an i5 7600 and a Z270 or H270 board with 16GB of DDR4 around 3000MHz. For 1080p, and GPU along the lines of RX480/GTX1050Ti should easily suffice. Which mainboard you chose is irrelevant; get the cheapest with all theconnectivity options you want. Just remember, you can only overclock Intel CPUs if you use a K-CPU on a board with Z chipset.
I know people playing the game on much worse hardware though.
If you are really pressed for budget, maybe get a used i5 2500K on a Z68 or P67 board with 8GB of DDR3. You can get these three parts for around $80-120.
If the power bill is no issue, you could get an older high end GPU, like a GTX580, which are aviable for around $60, sometimes lower.
I also recommend investing at least $60 in a decent power supply, maybe a BeQuiet E9 or something, around 500-600W should suffice. If you buy a 7000 series CPU and a GTX10xx you can easily get away with 450. Even a good PSU can die, but a good PSU will only kill itself while a bad one might kill your entire PC, and your house, and you in your sleep.

This. Also, Bakabt, but I think that went semi-private a few days ago. Baka is amazing for older stuff, since there are still seeds and decent quality versions for obscure shows which nobody would seed on Nyaa.
Nyaa on the other hand has every new show in many quality options and fast, but a lot of shitty releases and almost no older shows.
Animebytes is another great but private tracker. I'd recommend having an eye on getting access to bakabt or animebytes, it's definitely worth it.

I'm looking for anime that have nudity but aren't just dumb ecchi or hentai. Something that connects this element with actually good, interesting or original plots and with some good art direction.
Examples of those would be: Sadness of Belladonna, Gunbuster/Diebuster, Monogatari series and Kill la Kill.
I know some people will disagree that some of these works are good, but I think we can all agree that they are all a step above the random dumb ecchi that airs every season with generic designs and asignine plots.

Thanks. I, however, am not quite satisfied. You see, our small community of amateur and not-so-amateur translators has a bit of doubt regarding the skill of the typesetter who made this book available for computers. Some quite unusual contraptions, such as "prologues device," make us wonder if there was nothing lost of the original, so my request still stands. So anyways my computer was working fine before I went to bed.
Got up this morning, and 90% of my desktop icons are missing, specifically folders/text documents, though some games and programs remain, but not many. Also my background changed by to default, shits ugly, but I'm not using windows 10 and my windows didn't seem to update.
When I booted up firefox its like none of my settings saved, and its like this is the first time I'm using it, and I can't find my bookmarks. Same thing applies to most programs like battle.net and steam.
All my games seem to be installed on steam, and my saved data is gone.
And lastely, everything is running reeeeeeeeeeeeally slow.
How do I reset it to... 20 hours ago? How do I find my firefox bookmarks if I need to reformat and I want to save them?
Also, for some reason, my files and crap on my desktop that disappeared are in a folder called desktop that isnt the same as my actual desktop folder, what the actual fuck?
Picture related, my two desktops? Also, I put this image on my desktop, went to the destkop it should be on, and its not here. I had to put it into my computer, which isnt on my desktop, but it says it is when I browse.
