It's called 少女前线 (Apparently "Girls Frontline" in English and 少女前線 (Shoujo Zensen) in Japanese). According to it's Pixiv page, it's a Chinese smartphone game. Here is its homepage: http://gf.ppgame.com/web/pc/index.html

If you access that page on your phone, I believe you can just download it straight from there, but since it's Chinese it might not be playable for some reason without have a Chinese phone. Some mobage are like that where you need an actual Japanese or Chinese phone number to register or other such nonsense, but try it and see if it works anyway.

Too much work trying to find a wiki or place with the CGs of the characters, but that should be enough to get you started, so have fun.

Hoozuki no Reitetsu, Tentai Senshi Sunred are both great and fit the bill.

Also it isn't outlandish but Monthly Girls Nozaki-kun is probably my favorite anime comedy.

Normally Slice of Life is not my style unless it is unique in more than one aspect such as Nichujou amd Yotsubato&!. I dropped Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso due to one too many pervert but not really jokes and the lack of abnormalities.. Despite the glimps of an abusive mother and son relationship at the end of the third episode was not enough to keep me motivated to see the story through to the end.

For the first 2, you need to make n = m^2, apply the quadratic formula and then take the square root for each answer. For the last one you can't do this and there are 4 answers. To solve this you need to convert it to a form where

Your coefficients in decreasing order are
[16,8,-27,-7,6]

a*d = 16
a*e + b*d = 8
a*f + b*e + c*d = -27
b*f + c*e = -7
c*f = 6

Wow, that's a lot of crap to do. The good news is that you can make something up for a and d, do the same for c and f, and then use them to determine b and e. Plug everything in at the end to make sure it checks out - if not, you'll have to re-do one of your initial guesses. After which, you can take either parenthetical term I described above, and do the quadratic equation to get 2 answers for each. Because for the whole thing to be 0, only one of those terms has to be 0. In total, you should get 4 answers with no calculator required.
