I need some help I just got married and the wedding venue didn't tell me all the pictures weren't included now they want to charge me an arm and a leg. I'm willing to pay for good work I'm on a budget and can't afford to pay the venue for the pictures

I've ran rkill, malwarebytes, adwcleaner, hitman pro and tried them in safe mode as well, deleted all history, cache etc. for all browsers, reinstalled opera and this fuckin adware still won't go away.
None of the cleaners even pick up anything.
When I click anywhere on a page with any button it will open new tabs with ads, usually from cpmofferconvert but I think I've seen other things, it'll highlight random words on a page and if I click on them it searches them in yahoo and it redirects my google searches to yahoo.
It does this randomly and doesn't happen every time but it's incredibly frustrating.

I tried /a/ but they all just sent me here. Can anyone recommend some animes based on what I've like so far?

I liked Psycho Pass, Ghost in the Shell, Death Note, and Attack on Titan. Outlaw Star and Cowboy Bebop are okay. I guess I like a bit more if the darker and muted animes, not into the super over the top with emotions and animation styles.

Hey guys im having trouble with my PC.
Im not a very tech savvy guy myself, and ive tried googling fixes for this that simply dont work.
I even COMPLETELY hard reset my computer and i STILL get this simple unfixable problem and its brought me to my wits end.

ALL I WANT is the ability to delete or move around my files, when i try to do so it says i need admin priveledges, (yes i checked my user account is the admin of the pc) and when i click continue i get denied and only get the option to 'try again' or 'cancel'.

This is my last ditch effort before im forced to spend money on the local PC shop to fix this simple shit anyone got any clue on how to solve this?

Been stuck on this for hours and other places don't seem to be quite helpful...

Every time I output my code to a file all the headers show up for each file read in.

How do I suppress the header to only the first index?

I've looked at building a new PC myself, and would be prepared to spend about £650 or $900 on putting a whole new rig together, so I get more than a couple years use out of it. But I wonder if its possible to upgrade this one to a similar standard. Seems a lot easier and cost-effective if I can reach a similar spec without having to buy a new case, PSU, hard drive etc.

Also is there any real point in going for a CPU with more than 4 cores? All the games that I play don't even use more than 1 at full capacity it seems.
