This is what I've seen so far and what I thought of them.
>Cowboy Bebop
8/10, good, deserves its status
>NGE + EoE
The original series on its own is 8/10, combined with EoE, it's 10/10
>Black Lagoon
8/10, just great action and entertainment
>Sword Art Online
1/10, no comment
>FLCL
10/10, one of the greatest pieces of animation ever made
>Ergo Proxy
7/10, good setting and characters, story was weak though and it was overly pretentious
>Baccano
8/10, good, especially loved the train chapter
>Madoka Magicka
5/10, highly overrated imo
>Ghost in the Shell, Stand Alone Complex
9/10, just great worldbuilding and thematic exploration along with good characters
>Gantz
2/10, dropped it after 15 episodes, I liked the girl's fat tits though
>Monster
6/10, too long, could've been cut down by 20 episodes
>Death Note
6/10, eh, it was alright.
>Gunbuster
8/10, I enjoyed it, not much else to add
>Kill la Kill
5/10, Takes a nosedive about 12 episodes in and never gets good again
>FMAB
7/10,Decent shounen, but overrated by normies
>Serial Experiments Lain
7/10, It certainly had depth, but I felt like it had too much weird shit in place of story and character
>Samurai Champloo
6/10, very boring for the most part, the last 3 episodes were great though
Tecxhnolyze or however the fuck it's spelled, based off your feelings on NGE, Serial Experiment, Ergo Proxy. I also recommend Darker Than Black, just never watch the sequel series. I really enjoyed the Berserk movie trilogy and it's good introduction to the series, of course the anime is great as well.

Oh and you've watched all the prominent Gainax animes, but you didn't list TTGL?
>>111543
I've watched TTGL.
I only watched the first arc and enjoyed it, but I didn't list it since I never felt the need to finish the show.
I have a tech problem
Okay, so I restarted my PC, and suddenly this came up out of nowhere. I tried to find out what it is, but nothing came up. I have tried to exit through the Setup found in the App Menu, but the screen just turned black for a bit and went straight back to the menu.
I am completely technology illiterate, so anything will help.
what happens when you boot off the first one?
>>111502
Basically anything I select either does nothing or takes me back to the first menu
the windows boot record is damaged. you need to boot the install media (usually dvd) and run the recovery. or if your uefi bios menu has a recovery option use that.
Well I gotta eat so im gonna make this quick.
I was watching SC2 when i wondered about this old RTS i used to play. All i can remember about it is stuff i saw not-so-recently in a video.
All I remember is it was old RTS. Theres a community for it that keeps it alive somewhere. Theres a gamemode where you play as a monster? Also theres a point in it where you can play as "hero" unit.
I think you could possess units and maybe TB did a vid on it.
Welp im gonna go eat. Been googling for an hour.
Pic unrelated.
Sounds like Savage 2

Better than mine.
Anime with a a lot of beautiful scenery/landscape?
Emphasis on nature is good, but more exotic locations would even be better.
Genre doesn't matter so much, as long as it has a good soundtrack and you get a very good feel for the world.

5 Cm Per Second
Mushishi (Feudal Japan)
Samurai Champloo (Feudal Japan)
Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal (Feudal Japan)
Ninja Scroll (Feudal Japan)
My Neighbor Totoro / Spirited Away
Planetes (Space Station/Moon)
Arakawa Under The Bridge
Rebuld of Evangelion (Future)
Barakamon (Remote Village)
InuYasha (Feudal Japan)
Trigun (Desert World)
Claymore
Nasu (Spain)
Also interested in this. I think the upcoming Rewrite anime will have some good scenes, based off of the VN having some great nature parts mixed with urban architecture.
Aria
Houkago no Pleiades
Yama no Susume
Im looking for interesting faces,
im doing some face sketches and character design,
so i would like some nice inspiration/reference.
Anything that you think is interesting is good, something characteristic
someone who just stands out, someone who you can spot a mile away.

So, there's this thing called neural imaging, and it's pretty fucking great. The problem is, if you want to actually be able to use the process on your own machine, you have to go through a Python-based installation process with a few pre-requisites, and the very few installation guides that exist for these assume that you have a full working knowledge of Python already.
So, for something like https://github.com/andersbll/neural_artistic_style, all you need is DeepPy (https://github.com/andersbll/deeppy) and CUDArray (https://github.com/andersbll/cudarray). But the actual installation process for these and for the Neural Artistic Style itself are vague as all hell and don't make a whole lot of sense to me as someone with only basic Javascript experience.
Basically, tl;dr How in the fuck do you actually go about installing these if you don't have a full knowledge of Python?
The CUDArray has installation instructions.
For DeepPy, just download it, open a command prompt, cd to the directory DeepPy is in, and run
>python setup.py
this is assuming you have python installed
>>111122
What's the difference between doing the CUDArray install with and without the CUDA backend? That's what I was concerned about with that one in particular.
>>111118
That's pretty sick.
Hello guys, can we get pics like these in this thread?
Manga based art is amazing
Any suggestions for an album to use? I know shit about music so I have nothing to go by.
