I just assembled my pc desktop, booted my usb with windows 10. The pc loaded the files, the windows logo showed then freezed on a black screen. The hell happened? please help. Do i have to do something else first?

Just to clarify, I'm looking for something that might still make me ask questions after I finish the anime, like with Utena, Angel's Egg, Lain or Eva (or other works by their creators). Well I've been looking for a new show to fill the void.
So far I've enjoyed tex (obviously), haibane renmei, kino, lain, nge, perfect blue, nhk, cat soup, Tatami, Utena, Angels egg, Paranoia Agent, ergo proxy, Boogiepop, Casshern, wolf's rain, dennuo coil.
