Hey all,

So I bought a Steam Link a while ago. I live in an apartment and usually keep my PC in my room. I got the Steam Link so I could play in my living room with my roommate and whatnot.
The issue I'm having is our router is in our living room. I'm able to hook an ethernet cable to the Link, but the my PC -> Link connection is wireless and the lag is very evident. Frame rates drop, lag ensues.
My question is, what is the best solution to this problem?

Best solution? A 100FT Ethernet cable from your PC to the router. Second best would be to look into a powerline adapter. There's not really many other things you can do, maybe look into really expensive wireless adapters that have super low latency but that still wouldn't be the most optimal solution.

Your functions are:
y=(10-x)/6
y=(x+6)^.5
For c, you'd find the point where the straight-line function goes to 0. As for a and b, well, you already have those which implies you know f(x) and g(x) already.

For h(y), we have to think "sideways" and construct the equations in terms of y instead. So it becomes
x = 10 - 6y
x = y^2 - 6
And if you subtract the "bottom" aka left-side bound from the top you get
h(y) = 10-6y-y^2-6 = 4 - 6y - y^2
Alpha is of course 0, and beta is the point where the 2 graphs intersect. You can go back to your previous equations and plug in x=-2 for this.

Moving glass from cold to hot too quickly can crack it. Maybe put the glass into the water before you boil it - ensuring the glass doesn't just rest on the bottom of what I assume is a saucepan or something.

I'm a college student, and I live with my mother and her asshole husband. He's my step father.
He's generally a huge cock head and we get into fights and arguments a lot. They almost always result in him putting parental controls on my computer to restrict internet access, for a really long time. I'm starting to worry that it may effect my job.
I already know how these thing work, I have a BT router, so he sets BT Access control. I've been trying to spoof my MAC Address by changing it in Network adapter properties. This somehow didn't work though so I tried downloading TMAC v6 and thought I could spoof it that way. These both havn't worked, the BT access control seems to be good at its job.
I sound like a pathetic little bitch, but does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how I can get around this?
I'm using my data for this so help would be much appreciated. I'll try to supply any needed details.
