It's actually the most stereotypical awd driver error.
An awd car will tend to understeer if your corner entry speed to too fast like in the webm (forget about rally drivers they're doing a few things to make it oversteer). This happens because the front tires are being asked to both accelerate the car and turn it, all while the momentum from acceleration lifts weight off the front tires and squishes down the rear tires. Think when you punch it from a stop you get squished into the back of your chair, this is happening to the whole car.
So the idiot realizes he's understeering and he get's off the accelerator, hits the brake, and turns the wheel harder to the left. This is bar none the worst thing you can do.
