Enable "high quality mode"
Set "audio" to 1

Adjust CRF and Tolerance:
Lower CRF/Tolerance values = higher video quality = larger file size

It will usually take a few encodes with different CRF/Tolerance values.

But it generally looks better than one made in Constant. Especially on longer clips.

Make sure you are using older version v2.20.0. Later versions have broken Variable mode.
