Repost from last thread:

Trying hard to turn this into a dual screen wallpaper (3840 x 1080), but I'm trying to keep the theme of the image alive (no solid BG color, etc.).

I'd like to continue the spikes along the bottom for the entire wallpaper, but am unsure how to do them properly. I've tried clonestamping, which didn't work for the spikes or for the top half in blue. If possible, I'd like the tree finished and then just the same type of gradient-esque coloration to fill the rest of the wallpaper, which would be more than enough — no need to draw more trees in the BG. I'm very grateful for any attempts at getting it done, and if you try, I'd appreciate being told how you did it so I can try it myself as well!

Also, I do know the source of the image (the IP as well as the character) and cannot find any wallpaper sized version of the art. If anyone wants to look, it is the Path of Exile Witch Occultist art.

Requesting that the Batman logo be removed from the suits chest.
The bat ears to be smoothed down so they don't go past the helmet so they don't look like bat ears.

Hi, this here is one of the few Gwenpool wallpapers/backgrounds I could find that I actually like. Unfortunately, it's far from ideal. This is a 1920 x 1080 size wallpaper and I'd like it kept that way. I would however like the image of Gwenpool (on the lower right-hand corner) to be centered and the background color changed to dark orange. Preferably a dark orange that would match the Windows 10 color called 'Orange dark', which is what I have as my personalized color selection (in the 'Personalization' settings).

Hey, sorry that I'm late. Yup, that was me too.
I'm using Photoshop.
What I do for the colorful 3D effect is simply duplicate the original layer twice; in the first copy I remove the red channel and in the second copy I remove the blue channel. Then, I move the first one slightly to the left and the blue one slightly to the right.
For the glitchy "bars" scattered vertically across the picture, I make another copy of the original picture and place it on top. Then, give it a layer mask and color the mask black; and after that, I add a Hue/Saturation layer where I increase saturation to 100% and change the hue to a random color, and then clip it to the layer.
Finally, I grab the previous mask layer that I colored black, cut out random sections with the rectangular marquee tool, and color them white, so those sections receive the effect of the hue/saturation mask above.
Hope I was clear enough, tell me if you don't understand something.
Oh, and also, thanks! It's the first time someone tells me they admire my "work" as a whole, so I really appreciate it :)

Nice, not the person who asked but I was never very good at clearing and resizing simple images. I can see the waifu2x filter on it and I think I'll have to start using the high pass more for sharpening since I usually used a combination of noise reduction, sharpening and layer styles for it which could get complicated and got mixed results. I've never really tried the shake reduction before, any advice on it?

Well shake reduction works fine on cartoon/anime picture since it uses vectorization. No need for noise reduction after that. Additional sharpening is optional but high pass with mid opacity in soft light looks nice. Also pic related.

The two first used naive upscaling. The third focused on smoothness using blur. Then mine focused on sharpness. I don't see anything wrong with that.
