I've been using this NieR theme from reddit, but I can't get KWLP to display the unread email counter properly. It won't work with SMS because i use signal app, but the email counter should work with gmail. Any ideas what I can do?

I thought I did. I went through KLWP and it had mail access but what it really needed was account access.

Found a workaround for the messaging app as well, using a bit of Tasker, so now all my unread counters work. Happy times.

to hide the buttons go into settings<display<home touch buttons<hide home touch buttons and then select your launcher
