This is a bit of a more complicated request, but can someone cut these guys and their rainbow out, saturate the colors to a more intense level, maybe something like a vaporwave effect...for the purposes of pasting them onto this background in a way that they become a good fit. I'm hoping to present them in a way that they seem like the hosts of this vaporwave-y network.

Ideally, this background would be scaled up by the end to a resolution befitting a 1920 monitor, and also shifted so the girls do not cover the logo entirely.

But while I could edit their colors and style, cutting out and working on lines is impossible for my low skills when my tablet's outta commission. If the creation itself is too much, then I'd also definitely appreciate someone simply cutting them out so I can try to work on it myself.

This is a lot to ask for; I don't know if it's hard or not, but could someone please detext this if possible and slap on a darkish color on the background to fit the mood of a certain event in the story regarding Lunafreya? If tripled, 2286x3000
So, after enlargement, you'd need to crop the sides a little.
This is why you'll need a minimal editor on your phone.
Search for "Android image editor". Several of the first 5 results from Google are free.
I can offer you no advice here. I don't even own a smartphone. Other people might chime in.
But, if they're free, you can experiment to find one you like. Good luck and tell us how you made out.

The one thing which looks odd in the image (and this was in the original. It's not your fault)
is the sunbeams near the bottom (over her right toes, for example)
aren't parallel to the ones slanting in from the top. I find that jarring.

Speaking of Waifu2x, would anyone be interested in a bat file and some folders I made for myself that lets you run through an entire folder of images with waifu with just a couple of clicks and an explanation? And obviously the only files that aren't waifu's are .bat and .txt so you can read through them to see they're not harmful.

Just curious been using it myself for a while now and haven't run into any problems as long as you feed it pngs and jpgs only.

I'd superimposed an earlier version but set the layer to "if lighter".
The dark fabric was replaced but the red & white dots remained.
Another superimposition, set to "difference", enabled me to see the original wrinkles and redraw them.
I thought they looked too harsh though and I applied some blur and transparency.
I'll keep the layered version for a little while, just in case...

I went back to >>2022459 and sampled the apron below her waist. It seemed bluer there.
Then I opened >>2022552, selected the base material, and over-painted it with the brush set on "color".
That is, lightness and darkness were unaffected.
This looks _too_ blue to me, but you're the OR and the OR is always right.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm trying to learn. How do you get the edges so smooth? Using the magic wand and/or the paint bucket seems like it would be the easiest/fastest way to change color, but it results in the edges getting all jagged.

Its not really that complicated, first I upscaled the image, then used the color replacement tool (Image>adjustments>replace color) then painted some remaining sides that the color tool didnt replace, and finally in the export tab I downscaled it.

Im still learning tho, so its not perfect, if something isnt clear let me know, ill try to explain it better.

Between the background and the edges is a part where they mix that the magic wand doesn't select. You have to grow the selection by 1 or 2 pixels to get everything, then change the selection color (I normally use color to alpha, then paste the image over the background I want).
