They don't all go to the IMT thread. IMT mostly handles renders and edits in Photoshop. Minimalism images should be created in a vector format in Illustrator/Inkscape, like the Vector thread. If you start asking in IMT, they are going to make it in PS and miss the point, and the Vector thread only concerns itself with full vectors. With that said, it only makes sense that this would have its own thread.

The hair could use a lot more work it doesn't look right.
Lining (light green) is pretty lazy I'm assuming your just curving the regular line not giving the ends the proper taper? In fact the outlining outside the entire character takes away from the minimalist effect, i personally think you should get rid of it. Another work around the cloth lining may be shade lines instead of hard lines but that's a personal preference.
Outlining the lines usually gives it a better finish, it takes time but it can look awesome when done properly.
Facial features are pretty bad.
Circles some major things that popped out.
I can see you tried to stay true to the original image but gonna take more practice my friend

I think ur using to many using to many nodes cause the hair just isnt smoothly curved which is particularly noticeable in the pigtails

I see what you mean with the foot, it looks a bit broken when I look back at it also the rough curves (in the pigtails) are a deliberate choice as they're like that in the original and it gives move of an illusion of movement in my opinion
