Hello guys, im trying to find a game, it was in the spanish magazine MINAMI, the game was about 2 brothers who throw thigns like ducks, stone, shoes and another things there're was a girl and a boy
another picture
Good luck with that, I've tried to find CD-ROM rips of these magazines but every link I found online were old broken MU links.
I used to have some Minami and Dokan CDs but they're long lost. The only one I still have is the one that came with pic related.
thanks dude, I know that this will be hard to find, I found a lot of links broken too, I think that someday I'll find the game or name, whatever but Im gonna keep trying to find it
I've never gotten around to finishing this as a kid since one of the bosses of stage 2 are absolutely brutal. I think tonight is the night I finally finish it.
Nice blog. Since you need attention and guidance from random nobodies about a video game, I don't think you should play it.
Lol, miserable dick
I really like Monster Party. Its a great game. Dont listen to the autistic fucking nigger above. This thread is cool.
Whats the comfiest nintendo console?
I find them all quite small to be comfy. In fact, I don't think there's any console that's comfy, they're all made out of plastic and too small, I need at least a King size bed to feel comfy.
NES cuz it has that retro feel
NES for normies
SNES for gamerz
N64 for its particular niche
Could Bill Rizer survive Resident Evil 3?
Keep in mind ammo is scarce.

I bet if jill valentine had just offered nemesis a nice wet sloppy bj he would of happily fucked off and left her alone
maybe he even would of helped her
>>3568978
>tfw when nobody has bothered to clone the RE Outbreak formula and made a bunch of characters inspired by other characters from established video games.
how sick would that be? please tell me!
ITT: Your most hated cheesey, gimmicky tropes in videogames
>Jail/imprisonment section where your stripped of all your weapons
Silent protagonist
Amnesia
Desert levels
"Visit X worlds and collect an item in each of them"
Elevators in beat 'em ups where the enemies fall from above and hit you
>>3568907
I hate when enemies laugh when you die at a part. But aside from a loss of honour, it makes me want to try harder.
Unwinnable fights for story progression.
Either let me win, or make it really obvious I can't beat the guy, but don't let me waste all my items on one fight.
What RPGs had the slowest and most boring combat of all time? Games where normal encounters can be measured in minutes, not seconds.
>>3568374
Phantasy Star 2 deserves a mention, the battles are a chore and go by slow as molasses.
Warriors of the Eternal Sun is slow as well, especially at the start.
>>3568374
Is there a battle system whose slowness is warranted because of the strategy involved?
either way, Draggin' Quest and RPGs that use its battle system without doing something new are bottom tier for me
The game crashes a few seconds after I run this mod. What do I do?
>HL seems to work without crashing
>tried toying with in-game graphics setting
>tried running as admin
>tried compatability mode for Win95 and 98
>tried disabling DEP
>tried They Hunger mod and that crashes without the game even starting
I'm running it on Windows 8.1.
Help please.

Try using Half-Life WON edition. The steam edition of Half-Life is all kinds of fucked up
>>3568339
Well I downloaded a torrent of a non-steam version of HL. Or maybe it is the steam version just without the need for steam? Do you think this WON edition will specifically help?
>>3568352
WON edition is pre-steam
If it doesn't work you'll have to look for a steam version before the shitty steampipe update. Valve loves to retroactively break mods for their games.
Does anybody else collect OSTs? Where do you find them?
Pic related, I cannot find a quality FLAC version of this OST anywhere.
Don't know where you would find that kind of quality apart from official releases but I seriously hope you don't do this for bleep blop midi chip music

I don't collect them anymore, now I just download. But I used to a lot and video game and anime CD's made up the bulk of my music collection. Our local hobby shop used to get them in sometimes, the others I would pick up from anime conventions. Almost all of them were actually bootlegs, but I never cared.
I remember picking up the soundtrack for FFVII in the spring before it came out and listened to it constantly that summer.
Alright /vr, did you enjoy this game? Thoughts on what could have been done differently or explained better?
>>3568028
I think the controls could have used some simplifying.
There's so many commands and sctions that even with my joystick, I still wind up using half of the keyboard.
>>3568037
This is definitely true. I use keyboard because I don't generally play flight sims, and I didn't use most of the keybinds, even after remapping them
>>3568028
The idiot wing men. I swear every mission was me by myself after any initial engagement, and then flying back to the Galatea with 2% hull.
>>3568037
This too, to a certain extent. Way back when I played it, I had a Wingman Warrior (actually, I still have it somewhere), and I didn't care for the way it controlled with the Warrior, so I played with keyboard+mouse.
I should definitely give it a replay though. I have an Extreme 3D Pro that's just aching to get used.
There's very few things "wrong" with FreeSpace 1 or 2. Flies better than any of the Wing Commander games, and while it doesn't have the branching storyline, what storyline it does have keeps you interested and engaged.
I'm looking for any cute/happy games for PS1 or PS2 to play when I need cheering up. Google's no help, and the only three games I've found are Harvest Moon, Klonoa and Puyo Pop.
Do you guys have any suggestions or know any more obscure cute/happy games? What's the cutest playstation game you got?
>>3568001
Vib Ribbon.

>>3568001
PS1 was a bit of a dim era for cuteness and cheeriness, especially English releases. Parodius is pretty cute. So is Popolocrois which didn't get an english release till PSP but is super duper cute. As a game it's quite boring, but that may work well if you want something comfy and relaxing to cheer you up.
PS2 has katamari though which is like distilled happiness in game form.
>>3568001
>What's the cutest playstation game you got?
One Piece Mansion, my favorite PS puzzle game together with Mr Driller G.
Still mad this shit isn't on PSN so I can enjoy it on my Vita screen while commuting.

Is Code Veronica the last good Resident Evil?
Or the first bad?
Is really the true third chapter?
At that time RE:CV was a blast for me with it's real time graphics.
Nowadays, after all this time, I have to say: I miss pre-rendered graphics way way more. Resident Evil is an horror game that fits it like a glove.
Gif somewhat related.
>>3567976
>Is Code Veronica the last good Resident Evil?
No, REmake is. RE0 was terrible and everything after 4 doesn't even count as "Resident Evil."
All the spinoffs are garbage too. Dead Aim, Outbreak, Umbrella Chronicles, etc.
RE2 was the only "good" RE game
Hey guys, my friend got me a copy of Mario Kart 64 today, the sticker is faded which is normal however the seal of quality's text is extremely hard to read and seems a weird off yellow. I've been collecting for the console a while but I've never seen a seal this odd shade, I'm willing to bet it is just faded however this just seems worse than I've ever come across.
Opinions?
>>3567973
Also back of cart in case you wanted to see it.
>>3567973
It just looks poorly maintained and old.
It looks legit to me. The fading was probably just caused by exposure to sunlight.
I actually haven't heard of N64 bootlegs. Is that a thing?
Soon you'll be wearing my sword like a shish kebab
>>3567907
How appropriate, you fight like a cow!
>>3567908
I give up! You win!
>>3567907
I'm rubber, you're glue.
Is Retro gaming like N64/PSOne enjoyable on a 9 inch Sony PVM like the one in the image?
This question is better suited for the /crt/ thread:
>>3553138
9 inches sounds too small for my dumb dirty dog eyes, but it might work for you
14 inches is hell, 9 is not even worth picking up.
20 is the legit minimum.
>>3567872
No PVM is worth it, retard.
I've played and re-played Might and Magic 6-8 since Mandate of Heaven's release back in the 90s.
After some overwhelming recommendations to me by my friends and /v/-/vr/ I've finally decided to buy a copy of Wizardry 8.
This is my first Wizardry game. The only things I know about it is that it has some kind of limited enemy level scaling, the mechanics are far more complex than M&M, and is pretty darn brutal for beginners like me.
Are there patches(unofficial or official) that I should be installing first? Are there any well known quality-of-life mods that I should get? I'd want to play vanilla but if there are some QoL mods out there like resolution and UI enchancements, I am all up for it.
>>3567862
Get Wizfast which speeds up the combat immensely, otherwise you'll be tearing your hair out with frustration.
>>3567878
On it!
