Well I feel jipped, but I guess I should've known better with such an old device that I paid little for.
Paid like $6~ for a Gameboy camera and was hoping to play around with it, but unfortunately it seems the camera itself is unresponsive. While the game loads up fine, I'm unable to take pictures, pic related, and even if I wanted to take a picture I'm unable to delete what I assume is blank memory as there seems to be blank images, but the device says I have no space to take more pictures. I'm probably better off just buying another in the future since I think the device is pretty interesting albeit primitive, but I guess I'm here to get false hope in salvaging this cheap purchase in anyway? If not it's fine, I could return it.

Try clearing the save, and open the cart up to make sure the camera didn't come loose.
>>

I cleared the save in two ways, I went through the the edit menu and when I tried deleting the data the game basically soft locked, while the music was still playing I couldn't do anything, then I tried deleting the data by holding select and start before the game booted up and it still didn't seem to work. I had opened up the device earlier and everything seemed to be just fine for the most part, nothing looked bad from what I could tell. I could try opening again to give you a look.

Family Feud (1993) follows the premise of the American TV show of the same name. Two families are pitted against each other in a contest aimed at guessing the results of a public survey. In the first two rounds, the first family member to press a button and give a concise answer that happens to be on the survey earns points. After that, this family can continue guessing answers on the survey, with control switching to the other family on incorrect guesses. After two rounds, the family with fewer points is disqualified, and the last round allows two members of the remaining family to list several of the existing survey answers in a very short time period.

Heisanevilgenius's family, The As, ignores all that and goes with elaborate and utter nonsense instead... only to find the host accepting their answers as correct. The other family, The Halls, doesn't even get the chance to insert a word, proving the racial prejudice of the host. Watch the game and see for yourself.

Just to clear up some confusion, the Hyper Olympic one isn't really a TAS like the Youtube upload's title implies, it's using hacks. There are actually several videos on Nicovideo of people using hacks in the Hyper Olympic games to bizarre and hilarious results.

The Soccer and Family Feud ones are genuine TASes though, and they're definitely classics as far as funny TAS videos go.

Looking for suggestions on good Arcade games. Any genre goes.

Thread for the recommendation of PS1 games, specially hidden gems (we can all google the 25 "best" games)

I'm having a hard time finding good stuff to play outside of the most known franchises (specially because I'm not into JRPGs)

Have fun and please no stupid console wars

Anon, as strange as it sounds, why don't you like JRPGs?
>>
>>3779598
Cardynal Syn is like the perfect experimental fighting game right next to BIO FREAKS. The characters pop out and while the mechanics may be iffy for picky players, I certainly had a fuck ton of fun with them. I'd also like to recommend Slap Happy Rhythm Busters just for the music and simplistic mechanics.

Klonoa is a pretty good platformer. I dunno if it's top 25 list.

Elemental Gearbolt is really fun. A light gun game with some RPG elements. I just finished it with a dual shock and had a blast, felt like playing a shmup which I like a lot. Hard as fuck with the controller though.

SMW has the best 2D physics.
>>
>>3779415
What!? One of the reasons I dont like it is they changed the perfection of SMB physics. Whats good about SMW is the camera
>>
>>3779425
I love SMB, but after playing SMW and going back to it I realize that Mario has a slower momentum. The way he turns, gains speed and jump feels a bit weird for me now. I think I'm used to SMW's floaty and responsive physics.

Eh I had a lot of fun playing 8 once I got a computer fast enough to run it. There were some really interesting and captivating quests and character development was pretty solid. That intro scene where that execution happens on the docks was crazy to my young brain.

if Zool is revered by Amiga fans everywhere, for a game trying to copy the success of Sonic how does it fuck up a basic fundamental of running sprites that even Bubsy got correct?

I can't even fucking play this game the animations are so stiff and god-awful.

Shoulda posted this later when people in Europe would actually be up and not asleep.

what difference does that make? do you think the way the sprite is drawn effects how fast it moves?
