What are the most hype retro video game songs you know?
https://youtu.be/OT_H6iyjt38
For my money, no one will ever top Streets of Rage 2.

Anything from Daytona USA
Burning Rangers' "Angels with Burning Hearts"
My Dear Friend, Rally
come to think of it Takenobu Mitsuyoshi is pretty fucking hype
/n/ here, with a request once more...
Can /vr/ recommend me games that feature a train that you can follow around on its route?
Preferably looping, but I'll accept point-to-point.
Pic related is a well-known example.
Bonus points if you can ride or be killed by it.
I always enjoyed this in driving games and platformers because it's almost like a virtual model R.R.
Forgive me if this is half-press levels of autism.
...you do know about Densha De Go right?

Sunset Riders.
>>3787564
I do.
Railroad Tycoon as well.
I'm looking for something more along the lines of the train being "added flavor" rather than the focus, if that makes sense.
What are some games that haven't aged well?
Your mom and Goldeneye
The ones you suck at.
The ones struck by data degradation.
ITT post comfy hubworlds
Spyro 2 & Deus Ex

This to the highest degree.
Should I go ahead and patch and restore the original difficulty on my first playthrough or it isn't something I should really bother with?
The difficulty patch doesn't fix the bad camera or the slippery movement.
Go play the original if you want the original.
>>3793405
I'd like to understand the story though.
ITT we trigger /vr/'s autism with one word.

It was Xenogears 19th anniversary yesterday.
Someone made a 3d model of Citan's daughter on how she would look like in modern 3d.
Maybe by the 20th people will realize it wasn't very good.
>>3795051
Who cares? It's not a very good game.
Is there an adapter available for converting a coax end like this to an A/V one? My CRT doesn't have a remote and I have to leave it on the game channel or I can't get back to it, and it's a general pain to daisy-chain multiple consoles up to the TV anyway. I'd love for my NES and Genesis to just have A/V ports like the SNES, but I want to save taking apart and modding my consoles for last.
You can use any generic AV cables with the NES, look at the side of the console. Buy composite cables for the Genesis.
You are retarded for making this thread.
>>3795037
Yeah, you can get an RF to Composite Modulator.
Did you look at amazon? This shit has existed for fucking years.
>>3795047
NES2 doesn't have av if that's the model OP has. Although it's far more likely he's just a moron.
Where my Command & Conquer fans at??? New vids in 2017 from the 1999 classic.

big fan of RA1 here t b h
never really played the second one much for some reason, guess i'm gonna have to rectify that at some point
>>3796052
It's the best of the classic games for game play, worst for story, atmosphere, and general feels.
>>3796052
I had lots of fun with RA2, but I like RA1 better as well. I wish some of the gameplay tweaks from 2 were implemented in a redo of 1.

It's not really an accelerator board, it has an actual standard CPU upgrade, not a powerPC stepping-in processor.

I remember when I bought an Indivision scan doubler/flicker fixer.
They call it something else now but I resold it in Australia on ebay for 300% markup.
Second best ebay auction I had was about 300 Atari ST floppies.
95% were cracked games compilations
The rest were Demo disks from magazines.
Sold the lot to an Ausfag for $377.
>>3794814
The point isn't the price, it's fairly normal for those to go around 500€, but look at it

I damaged my DMG Gameboy and need a new LCD screen. You can find lots of replacement stuff on ebay but there is no LCD screen at all! Even on a dedicated Gameboy website based here in the UK (deadpanrobot.co.uk) there is no screen. Anyone know where I can get one?
Oh BTW, the uploaded picture is not mine, and that's not how my LCD has been 'damaged'
You can't, unfortunately. As far as I know there are no decent reproduction screens available for the original gameboy.
What issues are you having? Depending on the issue it may be repairable. If it isn't, your best bet is to buy a non-functional gameboy for cheap and just swap the screens out.
It's FOREST.
Oh my COD.
WhoaaaaahThis thread is dangerously shit
You were almost a Jill Sandwich.
Wesker where have you BEAN
Anyone guys remember this game ? I played this my entire childhood, and i downloaded again this week and now all that i do is play this shit guys HAHA
The difficult mode of game really offers a challenge.
The game have some bugs on win7, (the mouse of game is strange, is better control the game menu with keyboard, really.)
Some fighters need a nerf, like every game in this planet, but is really cool, i think.
the dude with the flute was my favorite
the move where he plays the flute and everybody starts flying was so much fun
>>3793504
My favourite was Woody, maybe because he looks like Goku. And the guy with the armor who could evolve.
This guy with armor is very powerful, is more difficult to stun.
If you type: "lf2.net" in menu screen you get the other OP fighters, like Julien HAHA
I played this game my entire childhood, and i discovered this cheat just now
Does this game get any easier to play with an actual N64 controller?
I've tried every combination possible with both classic and gamecube controllers and none of them feel right.
>>3793396
Playing the Virtual Console version on the Wii, by the way.
>>3793396
In my opinion, yeah. Others might disagree.
Why Sony used the same name of the first Playstation for a DVR?
It's fucking retarded
They knew no one would buy it anyway, ergo there wouldn't be any confusion. Not /vr/
Literally name recognition - the same sort of reasoning behind Microsoft naming the Xbox 3 "Xbox One"
But it wasn't the same name, at least not officially.
