Did the ShadowHawk SNES ROM ever finally get leaked?
>>2830092
wait they made a game about ShadowHawk?
>>2830095
Yes... about that very same ShadowHawk character from Image Comics... However, the game got shelved and never released and somewhat recently was rediscovered, but rather than releasing the rom for free the assholes that found it (not the developers nor rightful owners) decided they were only going to sell it on repro carts... So I was curious if this shit finally leaked, because fuck them...
>>2830292
Well then, someone who gets the repro will just upload it.
What did you think of the second disc?
A bad game.
A good Visual Novel.
Great game, probably one of my favorites of all time, i enjoyed the mox of theology, scifi, and philosophy along with political conflict within the story and the gameplay was a great mix of fighting mechanics and rpg ones. second disc never bothered me.

Post some music I can sit down and relax to.
I'll start.

Jokes on the first anon, i love the pic.
Have comfy music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEcPakW42JU

/Vr/, should I beat ff7? I mean, I liked it but I haven't picked it in 6 months. I haven't even beaten what would've been the first disc.
Am I missing out? I was thinking of just starting a new game of FF8 in my free time
>>2828579
Yeah sure. There is a funny scene with cloud in the hospital later.
For fuck sake you don't win street cred for beating videogames. If you don't like it just drop it. In fact the first disc is probably the highlight of the whole game, quality goes downhill afterwards.
I'm still confused why.
>>2828229
Why not?
>>2828230
But why tho.
Games with strong Feminist figures.
I'll start with the obvious.
>>2828019
>feminist
>not female
into the trash this thread goes
>>2828026
Yup.
Anyone here ever play this game? Is it as cheesy and awesome as it looks?
obscure Saturn game thread?
>>2827031
sure
PEBBLE BEACH MOTHERFUCKING GOLF LINKS
>>2827031
that was a major motion picture based on a best selling novel. It's many things but obscure it ain't
So, I'm almost finished with pic related. It was my first final fantasy and it was amazing. Which FF should I play next? I'm thinking either 4, 5, or 9.
Also, retro FF topic I suppose...
Play the classics, then play 7 and onwards.
>>2826568
Go with V or IX. I really like II but it's odd and not everyone digs it.
I and IV are both pretty bad. Both are very straightforward with few interesting decisions to make and the stories aren't enough to keep them compelling.
>>2826568
>It was my first final fantasy and it was amazing.
I'm so happy for you.
It's my favorite, IX is my second favorite, but I guess you could go anywhere for a list of favorites.
Play any of 1-5 you find interesting (you'll hit more than you'll miss) 7,8,9 are good though 8 tends to be seen as a black sheep, beyond is not only not retro but becomes more controversial, it's up to you to continue but it starts to drop off after X.
Anybody remember this PS1 classic? Personally I loved it as a kid. It may have been a Doom clone, but it was a damn good one!
Also, this is the thread for retro Alien and Predator games in general.
>>2826327
I'm surprised that Linn Kurosawa from the Capcom AVP beat 'em up game didn't make any appearances in any of the Capcom crossover fighters. She is an OC of Capcom and not actually from the Alien or Predator films so licensing should not be a problem.
That PS1 (not trilogy) was genuinely scary during the first part of the game
AVP 99 is good
Why did the US version have different music from the JP/EU versions? Copyright reasons? Or were they just really inspired?
Also, which soundtrack did you like better?
>>2825860
Because SOJ sucks big american cock
Spencer Nilsen-sama.
They sampled 90s hip hop tracks and SOA wanted to avoid the risk of a lawsuit.
I don't understand. Is this supposed to be some kind of in-joke I'm not aware of?
It took me until this boss fight to realize this game was shit.
FF8 felt like different teams put each stretch of it together.
And then you go into the basement of the Garden to fight a giant yelling jew monster who financed the whole thing with Cid. Also he wants to kill everyone now and can we get the music guy to do a really cocked up number with an organ
>>2825758
Not OP, I'm replaying through it and besides the dialogue its not...horrible. Just different than all the other FF. Its not as enjoyable as the others but its still better than 13.
Is there a more bullshit Robot Master in any of the Classic Mega Man games? Beating this guy is just pure luck as there is no pattern and you got no time to react to him. After his three jumps you just have to gamble whether he will shoot stars at you or slide. Not fair at all.
Top Spin, you chucklehead.
>>2825390
He is the easiest boss in the game!
>>2825386
Elec Man and Quick Man were harder.
Really, the oldest one i made 2 days ago is already killed?
So basically, Nobody wants to sell games at real prices and would rather scam and extort people with Ebay prices or worse?
What the hell happened, earlier this year they seemed to be prosperous.
The thread sometimes gets missed, and too many people want and not enough want to deliver...prices aren't the issue so that's good at least.
Look the simple fact is /vr/isn't as sleepy as it used to be. Threads can and will suffer a page 10 death over the course of just a couple days.
Welp, if someone willing to sell me LOLO 3 for the NES?
I am willing to pay $18 for the game and whatever is for shipping to mexico.
the game is NOT REALLY WORTH $45 as shitbay makes you believe.
What is your opinion of this rhythm game?
It appeals more to me than Parappa. That might solely be based on my musical tastes, but the amount of extra stages and variety of multiplayer modes made it feel more substantial.
But like Parappa, the amount of polish in the stages and style is a tradeoff for a pretty amount of content compared to its contemporaries.
I've heard the Sound Player is exclusive to the US version? If that's the case, it's an alright tradeoff for the censorship.
Rammy's character deserved a bit more development to explain her appearance in the later stages and multiplayer mode. The personality described in the instruction manual never really seemed to come out.
It can be hard to really get a sense of what the game considers "Cool" playing at times.
Vital Idol is a many better without any lyrics.
>>2821871
Lammy is better if only because free styling in UJL doesn't sound stupid. Parappa's free styling is atrocious regardless of the song.
I like it a lot.
I'm fond of parappa a little more though to be honest, but both are good games.
how many different NES games do you own? (duplicates don't count)
That's a good question probably 60-80
Not including duplicate or broken, 208.
50 something
