On what purpose?
Knock Off + Leaf Blade offers a better coverage with Synthesis, otherwise drop recovery for X-Scissor to hit the Grass/Dark types that already take enough damage from +2 LB. You could even try Dig and Power Herb gimmick or even without the item if you are confident. Return and Aerial Ace are the closest neutral and Bug type coverage moves avaible.

Only generation where Leafeon could have been decent was Gen5, but of course Game Freak forbid it to learn Nature Power that was a Sucker Punch-proof Earthquake, this has also killed Sawsbuck in Gen6.

Leavanny most likely does Leafeon's job better in some conditions or at least is better choice for Sticky Web and Swarm abilities, Leafeon only has its bulk to be superior at.

Leafeon was a good candidate for Power Whip, has a useless Solar Beam instead that is not compatible with its stats and when Growth / SD in Sun would allow it to spam Leaf Blade easier.

What i'd do is to use Rock instead of poison and give it Rock slide.
