That is what I am running now. Full inventment allows you to tank at least one Fry Pot. Irritating laughter is a OKHO on fully defensive Clarinet Squidward, and Karate Chop can 2HKO Sandy wearing an Air Helmet OR a Squirrel Bikini. You have to watch out for Plankton and Mega Plankton though, you aren't defensive enough to take a Chum Bucket or a Cycloptic Gaze. This set doesn't deal with Patrick well either; you can't take a super effective Brown Starfish.

Mr. Krabs is countered easily by a Pearl wearing a Fashion Scarf. My Pearl looks like this:

Mr Krabs is 4x weak to a Pearl Paternity Test, so that takes care of that. The problem with running Pearl is that you get COMPLETELY shut down by Muscle Band Larry or even Mega Larry.

As for Mega Plankton, his Evil typing is pretty amazing, but if you tweak the Spongebob set and teach him Formula Guard, you should have good enough coverage to take down Mega-Plankton.

Another thing you can consider is the fact that Mrs. Puff can take down Spongebob with a priority Detention, so you have to have something to switch in on that. Patrick's Empty Skull ability makes him immune to all Driving type attacks.

It's still broken. Granted, it's only a half stat bubble buddy, but the wand gives bubble moves; ALL bubble moves, +1 priority. You sit behind a bubble shield and get one annoying laugh off? Your opponent's squidward is done for. Even plankton can't take 2 hits after that.

I mean, it's the perfect item for him, and with it he destroys. They only thing that could counter him is Pearl @ Coral Salad
