>Jigglypuff is still playable in the Smash games
>They don't do shit with it in the games or anime anymore
How can we bring Jigglypuff back? Should Serena catch it?
They should have a girl centric mini show to put up on like hulu or netflix focusing on that singing Jigglypuff getting into shenannigans back in Kanto.
give it some friends with other cute mons and pokemon of the week kind of things and have familiar characters show up and boom...there's your show.
The Jigglypuff Chronicles.
Sakurai will never get rid of the original Roster from smash 64
jigglypuff always been a secret character
Its even more relevant that its fairy type now
but there are ways around that. for example, only making one playable at a time on the ds version. Then you can play as both on the wii u verson. But no, that would be too hard for Sakurai, instead we just get more clones no one asked for
Agreed! I wonder what Jiggly's rest is like. I hope it's Melee-like again. I don't wanna seem like a Melee-fag (though I largely am), but Jiggly did not deserve the nerf to rest. It's difficult to land, like the Falcon Punch. It's high risk. But it has high reward. It's balanced.
Sakurai avoided giving any of his properties, besides Kirby, a place on the roster because of fear of shit like this. Fucking faggot babies crying about favoritism.
He's got three characters from a popular series and two and a clone from another. KI was hugely popular over there in Nipland so, if anything, blame Japan's shit interests.
I've got the JP version of the game, you can't take screenshots in the demo.
I already gave away all my US demo codes, sorry.
I don't see the issue with assuming a certain instance of a Pokemon is a certain gender.
Original roster, never leaving the series.
It's the same reason we still have Captain Falcon or Ness despite F-Zero and Earthbound having no relevance in the current gaming market. Smash has undoubtedly done more to popularize those games than the franchises ever managed on their own.
Jigglypuff was one of those early-year things Pokemon did, but eventually dropped. It feels very much like a product of the 90's; that derivative of grunge that gave us the 'gross' factor on networks like Nick and YTV, or the edginess you see in Nintendo ads from that era. Jigglypuff was essentially the Bart Simpson of Pokemon, and much like Bart, no longer holds the same appeal to kids.
It really makes me wish Banjo could have made that cut. We might still have that fucker in the game to this day.
Okay then, I'll bite. What Pokemon would have made the roster good if it replaced Greninja.
>inb4 it's Delphile
>inb4 he says Delphox
That's the one thing we can agree on about Sm4sh.
>mfw they will never kick her from Smash Bros.
>Jigglypuff is still playable
>Mewtwo still isn't after 6 years of anal agony after Brawl
>Mewtwo will never be playable in Smash again
