If that guy meant altering every pokemon so that they only have moody as their ability, then I agree. If it's just creating a pokemon with moody as its only ability, then that won't really piss them off (thread started off with create a pokemon so I was confused initially).

My idea would be a pokemon that causes every pokemon from both teams to have a random chance of disobeying commands. The moment it's sent out, it infects all pokemon and the effect remains the whole match whether it's alive, active or KOed.

Basically, it's Protean Stealth Rock.
Every time any move is used by any Pokemon, attack or status, this entry hazard changes type to match the move's type.

Also. modify Garchomp's natural ability to work like Speed Boost but for evasion, i.e every turn sandstorm is up and Chomp's in battle, it gets a Minimize equivalent boost. If you want to go postal and add DD or Extremespeed, sure, but IMHO that ability is more than enough. Congratulations, you've just turned one of Smogon's favourite posterboys against them.
