Well, I just bred a penta female skarm in a heavy ball with drill peck, brave bird, stealth rocks, and whirlwind. I've got some hexa feebas, male and female, a few dive ball blue flabebes, shit ton of HA dream ball lileep with four egg moves, sassy natured. Can breed some e-speed dratinis in dream balls, ha gligars, few penta pumpkaboos. Nothing trained and battle ready, though.

But this does leave you open for a fairly big flying weakness, so I'd throw on a cloyster or something, get a nice powerful ice shard.

Also, what are you doing with that tentacruel? Lose ice beam, give it knock off at the very least, wouldn't worry about rapid spin since your team won't completely crumble to hazards, not like a volcarona or something.

Its ability has few counters that are unreliable at best, and he himself is unpredictable because of that fucking ability and his move coverage, which is like 90% type cover. Its like, if you have a low HP Pokemon and the opponent has Greninja, it'd be like not having that Pokemon. Not to mention its offensive enough to sweep, if given the opportunity.
