ITT: We think of more game-breaking priority-based abilities that give priority to all moves of this type, like Gale Wings.

Think of a good name for it (actually good u fucken casuals) and who should get it (can be a HA or a Mega ability). You should pick your bros and not be a smogonfag giving it to OU.
