Is there any reason to use this guy over Scrafty?
I had an idea (unoriginal I'm sure) to give it hammer Arm and payback, which I thought would have good synergy since after speed reduction payback would always go last, and then maybe bulk up (and get fully invested in HP / bulk since speed doesn't matter) and parting shot or gunk shot for fairies. But it's still bait for status (which Scrafty takes care of better) and a stab drain punch with iron fist would be nice but I feel like dragon dance Scrafty is better at that too.
Still, niche moves like parting shot and storm throw seem pretty cool. How could this guy be viable on an OU/UU team? Who would make good teammates?

You will end up using it to bluff that you are a noob.
Scrappy ability allows fighting stab (Superpower because Hammer Arm can miss) to surprise and take out Mega-Sableye.
It can act as a surprise lure for fairies too, using Gunk Shot on the switchin.
Pangoro has shitty stats so the Bulk up/payback/hammer arm set will not work, even in UU. Scrafty is a better setup mon... Pangoro is almost completely based on hitting the switch in hard.

Ice/Thunder/Fire Punch

It hits significantly harder. Outside of DD(which is bad outside of RU), Scrafty is used for it's bulk. Use Pangoro for it's immediate raw power. I run SubPunch with a Fist Plate and Iron Fist ability. Hits like a fucking truck

Hello, /vp/ I have something to say.
Pokken is a great game, filled with plenty of depth and much love and care put into most of its fighters. I say MOST because of one huge problem, namely Suicune being a low-skill, spammy piece of trash that attracts and caters to the absolute lowest echelon of fighter.
Now, I know what you're problably thinking

in which case all of you would be wrong. The first couple of times I faced Suicunes I dominated them thoroughly, but not after a prolonged and intensely unfun match. It didn't take me long to decide that I would immediately disconnect from any Suicune player that I came across online.
No, I don't care about penalties. As far as I'm concerned, your match against me was predetermined. Disconnecting doesn't mean that I lost, nor does it mean that my opponent won. How can a match have a result that if it never happened? I consider it my win and ignore what happens to my ranking and I urge you all to do the same. Refuse to give Suicuneshitters the satisfaction of exploiting such a lazily made character and move on. Eventually, Nintendo will see the metrics and realize their mistake. I'm not saying this to be butthurt, I just genuinely want them to address the problems with this fighter. It'll all be in the metrics. You can't argue with numbers.
tl;dr Suicune is awful in Pokken and you should refuse to fight against it
