Would Rotom-Flush break the OU Metagame?

This form of Rotom would be a dual Electric/Poison type, since Rotom keeps its Electric type and replaces the Ghost typing with whatever the Object it possesses could have, and since we got a toilet here, Poison would make a lot of sense. Due to its typing and strong defensive stats, it would be a great counter to the Fairy-types that currently kind of reign the OU meta.
The only weaknesses it would have are Psychic (2x) and Ground (4x).
However, the Ground weakness is nullified because of Rotom's Levitate ability.
So now we got a Fairy-slaughtering, weak to only Psychic-type attacks tank Pokémon.
Also, Electric/Poison is a yet unused type combination and would make a great addition to Pokémon, in my opinion.
Would you train this toilet?

We've gotten off to a great start, in both causal and quest-based roleplay, and many characters have made a lot of progress already. Despite the uncertainty in our last few threads, this thing has been going better than we expected, with lots of willing GMs and likeable characters.
