I made a series of images showing what Pokemon's stats would be like if the multipliers from certain abilities and items were applied to the raw stats instead. For example, if Furfrou were to have max investment in Defense, it would be functionally equal to a max invested base 169 defense.

Ladies and gentlemen, gather around for the exciting sequel to yesterday's thread. I'm John Gamefreak III Esq. - grandson to John Gamefreak and code monkey at TPC. To recap:

>Solgaleo and Lunaala are of course the box legendary Pokemon. Solgaleo is a Fire/Dark type. It looks like one of those Chinese lion dog statue things. Lunaala is Ghost/Rock Pokemon that looks like a rabbit with a quarter moon around its head. There's a 3rd legendary thats a Grass/Ground that looks like a huge trapdoor spider hiding under a big thing of moss.

>There will be 12 roaming legendaries starting in January 2017 that correlate to the zodiac signs. You will need to catch the previous month's legendary and receive a special item in game to be able to hunt for the next one.

>If you transfer that Strange Souvenir item over from X/Y, you unlock a series of islands you can catch past gen mons in. They're pulling a BW with this and making only new mons accessible. There's about 102 new Pokemon excluding the megas.

>Mega Pokemon and Amie make a return. Amie got some new content (a checkers game, jump rope and more puffs). There's also items like a ball and rope you can throw around or play tug of rope with.

>None of the starters I've seen here are real but you'll see them and the box legends in Corocoro I'm hearing.

>A couple new Pokemon include a little black guy with a tiki mask, a new Hitmon- (I've been jokingly calling him Hitmonchop because he has huge thin hands), and a toucan.

>The team is called Team Eclipse. Depending on the version, they focus on wanting the world to be in eternal day (sun over the moon) or eternal night (moon over the sun). The leader is also different in each game. Not sure about the moon one but the sun one has huge sunglasses and sideburns.

these actually look like pokemon and are just the kind of mundane shit youd expect from gamefreak nowadays, they're way too boring to be fake. the other 'leaks' dont look like pokemon. the owl was released long before the trademarks were, the recent 'leaks' are just trolls cashing out on the hysteria. they look nothing like pokemon,

anyway, i cant wait for the butthurt when these are confirmed real just like with wottergate, denialfags never learn. if i'm wrong i will honestly kill myself. screencap this

We’re back again with all of this week’s updates from Project VPMAGG aka Pokemon Sage! For those that have missed out on the previous threads, the idea behind Sage Sunday is to give proper updates to the anons who worked on the game or were interested in playing the game by releasing weekly threads that showcase all the development for the game in the previous week and by taking feedback, criticism, suggestions and questions from the community. Here’s what’s on the slate for this week:

Considering where we are in terms of development, i.e nearing 2.0 completion, there aren’t many substantial updates we can deliver on a consistent weekly basis without repeating ourselves. That’s why there haven’t been Sage Sundays for the past two weeks definitely not because I’m lazy. However, given the two week absence we’ve come up with some cool New™ art, some great spritework, confirmed some music (and left others in runoff), and made some progress on dialogue and distros. Additionally, the game through Route 4 is almost completely programmed into the game! I’ll have a post dedicated to catching /vp/ up on where every map stands as of now. But before we get to that

- An Eronze admin deadline has been scheduled and will begin surveying immediately after.
- Grunt design HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
- Spriters are making great headway in interiors and retouching battle, overworld and icon sprites.
- All plot events throughout 2.0 have been written and are nearing confirmation.
- Music batch 3 resulted in some confirmations but more runoffs than anything.

There don't seem to be any normal animals in the pokemon world, and it is implied by Canalave Library that humans are just another branch of pokemon. If there are no normal insects, worms or other decomposers, then those niches must be filled by pokemon. If that is the case, then how small do pokemon get? Could it be that even the bacteria are just microscopic pokemon?
