Looking at its gen I learnset, the only potential move that it looks like Nidorino could be using would be poison sting. Otherwise, all other moves that its attack looks like won't affect Gengar.

okay, so remember how the 4chan post said the starters had a secret? Well here it is. I work at gamefreak. The starters are poPPlio, liTTEn, and rowleTT. this shows that popplio, when fully evolved, will grow, well a PP. not just any "PP", popplio's final evolution is based solely on his dong. Rowlett and Litten however, both develop huge sagging "TT's" or tits.
