The source is an old comic called "Pokemon-X".
The author went on a two year hiatus and when he came back he made updates, but dated the comics as if he never went on hiatus, so you'd see updates in 2009 but he'd say the comic was made in '07. So I have no idea if the guy is still around or not.

Though considering how drastic that particular "leak" was in changes by the end, we might be able to.
