It would make sense for Victreebel, Swalot, and/or the pollutionmons.

That doesn't mean that there isn't the possibility of one of the new pokemon evolving into something that has either one of those two as a secondary type. Like the koala, he could have Fighting type as his secondary type.

If Venusaur wants to run EQ it has to give up one of it's STAB's, Synthesis or HP Fire. None of which are really ideal. Even if Salandit doesn't end up being a hard counter, it's presence (if it ends up decent) will still make Venusaur less viable.
