I have 2 GBA consoles with link cable and all Gen 3 games RSE and FRLG.
I've tried catching wild Ditto in the Desert Underpass in Emerald but they are poor IV. How does one get a near perfect breeding ditto for Gen 3?

What your feeling towards the designs of this image would be how you would feel if Gen 1 was released today. Bland recoloured animals, with a spike or two to show they are MONSTERS.
Its only nostalgia reasons you think they're well designed, you've spent a lot of memories and have had over exposure to them. But in reality, they're no better than a shitty Pokemon mobile rip off cast.

Hey guys, do you know where or how I can get a ditto with 6 IVs? I've been playing my whole life but I'm new to competitive battling and breeding and I don't fully understand IV breeding but I know it's pretty much streamlined if you get one of these. Thanks for the help!

What am I doing wrong? I have a 5 IV Kagaskhan and and a 6 IV Ditto in the Daycare. I have hatched at least 130 eggs so far and none have hatched having perfect IVs.

You can't fix all 6 IVs no matter what you do. 130 sounds like a lot of tries to have a natural 6IV happen though - are you sure one of them is holding a Destiny Knot? If not it needs to be and then all offspring will be at least 4IV.
