They use the easy chat with random words in the whole Gen III. In Gen IV the NPC have their own dialogues.
Why haven't they made a pokemon based on this? The idea practically writes itself.

I played every game except red and blue so I thought I would give them a try.
Why are these so easy?
I'm currently at the 4th gym and I already have 3 Pokemon (Nidoking, Arcanine and Jolteon) that are 10 levels above the rest (without grinding).
People are really over-exaggerating the easiness of the newer gens.
Someone post that image of some of the movesets used by other trainers.

It's easy to overlevel in the early game, but they'll catch up to you in the second half and completely pass by you once you're in the elite 4.

Is there any program for me to be able to make trainers' Pokemon the same level as mine? Even randomized nuzlockes are easy now when my Pokemon are usually at least 10 levels higher than even gym leaders.
