According to the leaks (which are now pretty much confirmed (99%)) we won't get New Mega Evolutions but that doesn't mean Mega Evolutions will be removed. It also Mentions Ash-Greninja saying something like this, "Ash Greninja, No New Mega's, Make your own connections there, also the original Chinese leak mentions transforming so Synchro will happen. Also the starters will have Day/Night Evolutions

Hey guys, I have a noob question here that will probably lead to others.. I've been off the Poke wagon for years and just bought Pokemon X to get back into it, and will be getting Sun or Moon also.
Last I played, Pokemon that are traded at lower levels gain experience faster than non-traded Pokemon, but they ended up always being weaker and with worse stats. Also, Pokemon caught at higher levels ended up being weaker than those caught at lower levels. Are these things still accurate? Or are there ways around it? My understanding of EV's is minimal right now.

So now that we have a designated color for each island, and Oricorio shows that each one has a type, do you guys think that gives us an idea of the other island guardians?
Going by Topu Koko's typing of Electric/Fairy, that would give us Psychic/Fairy, Fire/Fairy, and Ghost/Fairy guardians.
