ITT: Pokemon that you appreciate more when you really think about them.
I like Swalot and Gulpin because they are basically stomachs with the bare minimum of body needed to get that stomach around food.
Their underdeveloped eyes also help to communicate that they mainly sense the environment through their antennae/whiskers.
