VGC uses a unique format every year and since 2015 already used the full ORAS dex, 2016 went with the 2010 ruleset where 2 banned legendaries are allowed per team. So yes, expect every team to have at least 1 of Groudon/Kyogre/Rayquaza/Xerneas. However, this also results in niche mons like Bronzong and Jumpluff being good, so let's hope we see some cool stuff this weekend

Since the Kalos League results have proven that status quo is god and the anime is never going to take any risks or do anything different, I guess it's safe to assume at this point that Serena is not gonna follow Ash to Alola and just leaves as soon as XY is over, despite all of the character development and deeper history & relationship with Ash.

This 30 feet snake made of boulders is comparable to physical powerhouses like the 4 inch Joltik (the smallest Pokemon discovered this far) and surpassed by small critters like Spritzee and Rattata. Swirlix, literally a ball of cotton candy, has more attack than the massive Onix.
And while this is truly pathetic maybe it also tells us something lore-wise, as in even the smallest and weakest Pokemon are still freakishly strong compared to the standard of humans.
Post other stats that leave you perplexed.
