Why not just name it Null?

Using the word "Type" in a pokemon name is needlessly confusing when that word is used for one of the largest mechanics of the game, especially when there are always so many fans just waiting to jump on any semblance of news of a new type.

Not to mention actually presenting the name in a way that it literally reads as if there is a new type called Null, and then labelling the whole thing as a normal type. Too convoluted for a pokemon name. The other language did it right calling it Code Zero or whatever the hell.

Because legendaries preserve the balance of the pokemon universe. Team Aether wants to make all these god awful Chimeric UBs to annihilate the existence of mankind and Pokemon, so they need to make something to counter those.

One of their failed designs that was built to do it was Type: Null that Gladion escaped with.
