Mega Castform (castform now has a rock type sandstrom form btw)
Type: Normal
Stats:
HP: 70
Atk: 70+30=100
Def: 70
Spa: 70+30=100
Spd: 70
Spe: 70+40=110
BST: 420+100=520
Ability: Weatherman
Immediately changes the weather and Castform's form when Castform uses moves of a particular type (water=rain, fire=sun, ice=hail, rock=sandstorm). Changes weather and form before the move is executed, so Castform will always get STAB and the bonus to water and fire.
Would probably need a few more rock type moves to be usable.

So, do we know if it is it better to keep the same buddy, overtime, or to regularly switch them out?
