any new challenge against NPCs that've EV trained their mons that isn't a Tower or Maison clone. QOL features they've stripped away for literally no reason back to actually give a reason to breed natural pokemon this generation. enhanced difficulty. fanservice. an epilogue more or less the same length as the main story. any sort of features to encourage you to play the game every day instead of dropping it immediately after the story is complete

Battle frontier, at least a Battle Tower where theres more than 8 trainers, and would prefer if they used EV trained pokes with competitive movesets and good IVs. also diff style battle facilities like the factory, basically to make it less monotonous and not just vanilla battling.
Another region that we can explore and contains its own plot (kanto pls)

Anyone find the overworld graphics to be really ugly in this game?
It's the one thing I've seen being praised about the game, but idk... I've been watching a playthrough and everything just feels empty and most areas look really similar to each other.
All the low-resolution textures and and lack of stuff you can interact with makes it feels like a Playstation 1 game desu.
The battles look great, but I'm really not feeling the overworld.

I do think they may as well have kept the 2d grid and sprites though given the system hardware and how badly it handles even the graphic quality that is there

Oricorio appreciation thread?
I feel like the bird is getting a bad rap because it has meh stats(like most of the region) and doesn't get its' signature move until level 40. It's still nice to have such a versatile option when it comes to team building though.

Can we talk about how much of an improvement Pokemon Refresh is to Pokemon Amie? I never used Amie much before aside from to play with some of my favorites sporadically, but actual backgrounds and being able to cure your Pokemon's status ailments without Medicines is pretty nice.
