Lusamine and many Aether Foundation was infected for Nihilego.

However, in that Nihilego aren't psychic-they can't actually control their victims so much as influence them to be more destructive, the Nihilego don't care what happens next..... in others words, he make you more vicious/insane with what do you really want or this reveals how dark it is in your heart (Lusamine make her obsession with Ultras be more insane)

Assuming you do it right, that's not illegal, technically, as it'd be indistinguishable from one obtained through breeding. The issue is when you don't know what you're doing, or don't care, and hack Pokemon obtained in places they can't be, at levels the can't be, or with moves/abilities they can't have. Technically, the latter is a hacked Pokemon, while the former is referred to as a gunned Pokemon, or an injected Pokemon.

Ah, upon further reading, I get it now. Ok, like >>30296392 said. Specifically, it's all useless of everything isn't right. If you're too lazy to catch it or breed it, fine, gen it, sure, but at least do that right. I mean, it takes all of a minute to look up the met location for a mareanie, then set up your toxapex with an accurate location, like route 9, set its encounter to fishing, give it good stats, etc. Or, simply use a recently hatched Pokemon as the template, that's much easier. Modify to get the Pokemon, moves, nature, stats, etc, that you want, save it, done.

You still get the win if they just disconnected on their end, and you get the majority of the game as practice.
I understand wanting to see the "You win" screen, but practically speaking there's no downside.
