The best I've heard is beating the league repeatedly. I really hope there's something better, but I'm mostly just planning on breeding for IV's again if there isn't. With the new move tutor you really don't need to level anything much higher than 50 anyway

You sound new to competitive Pokémon so you obviously don't breed for evs
Anyways you need a destiny knot so that IVs are actually transferred to the child, without it you're basically just playing the lottery and hopping you get the exact combination you want

>chain ~35 Dittos to get one with four guaranteed perfect IVs
>protip, have the first one transform into a Munchlax knowing only Recycle, then Trick a Leppa Berry onto it with a Kadabra or something
>do it again to get one with different perfect IVs
>if the second one you catch has too much overlap with your first, trade it with someone else in the same situation
>get to breeding

As for natures:

It's the current set I'm using

with proper set up most moves do like 1/4 damage to 1/2 damage after it takes a blow (like STAB shadow ball) and with leech life, aqua Ring, and leftovers you've got a Pokémon that can hold its own.

Poison jab just in case you run into Primarina.

I used him and still am, he was useful for salazzle and lurantis+castform, also pulverizing pancake is too fun and ironically, even if i don't care about natures for the normal game, he had a decent nature (relaxed).
