There will never be a Dragon mythical, I'm afraid. We discussed this in Gen 4.

Future design note that no one's supposed to know but I'll tell you here: There also won't be a Poison legendary of any kind until Gen 9 for reasons I'm sure you can figure out on your own. Don't want to get too leaky here.

I've actually decided to just get rid of dragon types altogether for gen 8.
