A ton of pokemon got some decent stat boosts this gen, and not just 10 points here and there, some have had their base stats boosted by 30 or more.
I'm tempted to try out Beartic once again now it has that tasty attack stat and Slush Rush, even Corsola is looking viable with its 10 to health and both defences.

So, have any of you noticed you Karen-Bro perform better? Any changes in the meta, both official and smogon? Nice to see GF get more comfortable with boosting shitmons beyond a humble 10+.

In official art, Wicke has green eyes, but in game she has bright yellow eyes instead. Why is this?
Lusamine has green eyes at the start of the game but after Nihilego's influence, her eyes turned bright yellow. Could Wicke actually be under Nihilego's influence?

We know that they have to defeat the current Champion to earn the title, but you can clearly choose not to be the seated Champion, as we see the protagonist do time and time again.
They clearly don't have to hang out at the E4, either, even when they are the seated Champion, as Steven still does his research.
This is, of course, mostly conjecture, but I think it needs addressing. What even is the Champion's role in society? Lance helps invade the Team Rocket stronghold, Steven battles at the Space Station takeover, so they obviously are called upon in times of need.
